I've lived all over the US. No one wants to go to the post office or the DMV.
It is a sheer pleasure going into the post office in Herkimer. Sean the PM runs the place very well. Every single employee is well trained super knowledgeable and extends superior customer service all the time!!

I live in the town next door but this Herkimer post office is great. The staff here are very personable . My town post office is totally undoable for me because of too many past issues with them. I highly recommend Herkimer Post office. The parking is really great too.

I go to post offices all over the state because I am always traveling and remember I have to send a bill; and this one is my favorite. Personable. They know quirks of individuals they handle the mail for..Always polite. Quick. The building feels like stepping back in time.

I love the customer service here. I travel from two towns away just to mail all my packages as I have never had a bad experience with anyone at thia post office.

They were very helpful. They even packed the item my daughter needed to send in a box they had.

Always great service here at this post office. They seem to all be very well trained and knowledgeable. Almost like they are border patrol agents for the mail lol

Whelp...It's a post office with a worn 60's motif that's in desperate need of a coat of paint.

You stand in line for several minutes wondering where the clerk is. After one appears, usually wearing the look of dreading an iffy village court appearance that night, you do your business and leave.

That's about it.

never puts the package at my door, always leaves it either downstairs in the open for anyone to take or just doesn't even knock on the door to give us the package. Not changing unless they fix this bc it's not the first time
