What a beautiful place with wonderful ladies working there. I needed a battery replacement for my wife's Mavado and they couldn't have made it easier from the phone call to arriving at the store. Absolutely love this jeweler!!! I love supporting local and this family owned and operated store is amazing to say the least. The owner, Israel, personally oversaw the custom design of my and my partner's rings. Not only was he personable and professional, we had our rings incredibly fast and are beyond happy with them. I have nothing but great things to say about Sky Diamond. I got my engagement/wedding ring from them and a year later I went to them for an anniversary gift. Their service is spectacular! I came to them with half baked ideas for a custom pendant. It it felt as though I was not giving them much to work with, but they not only saw my vision, they saw it more clearly than me! They were able to use their expertise to express my personal request into a true work of art. I highly recommend! On top of that, i find their jewelry selection a cut above the generic chain stores (pun intended). It is obvious their inventory is hand selected with great care. They are my jewelers for life.

Made some suggestions, but didn't pressure me at all.. The store was immaculate and beautiful... the two ladies that I spoke with were very polite and knowledgeable.... within 24 hrs the repair was done and picked up..... This jewelry store is top-notch in every way. I have purchased several pieces and love them all. I needed diamond earrings repaired and pearls restrung and both were done perfectly. So when my engagement ring was so worn it had to be remade, I went to Sky Diamond Jewelers. They made a 3D model for me to try on and approve. The finished ring is even more beautiful than the original! I couldn’t be happier! A+++ customer service. Their prices are reasonable, too. They truly are the best!

Went in to replace my dad's battery in his watch. The young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. A gentleman came out and took care of my dad's watch, he was friendly and quick with replacing the batteries. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely, outstanding service. Thorough and concise communication. I was deeply disheartened when another jeweler had resized a family heirloom, now engagement ring - and less than 5 hours of wearing it, a small diamond fell out. I wanted to educate myself about how Sky Diamond Jewelers would have sized rhe ring and the possible reason as to why the diamond had fallen out. Isreal was able to explain to me what might have happened and offered to review the ring himself. Today, my fellow and I went to Sky Diamond and were treated the way that any couple would want to be treated in creating a lasting love. Great buying experience. The store has an inviting atmosphere, the associates are very welcoming and they greet you with a smile as soon as you enter. Izzy is very knowledgeable as he takes time to educate you on wants the best quality, whats out there and what your options are .He wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Great quality jewelery. For the first time making an expensive purchase I didnt feel like I was sold something that I might later regret. I feel like I made an investment. I will always return here for my future jewelery purchases.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I plan to get our wedding bands here. They also do cleaning services as well for free. We even sold jewelry to them after they offered the most compared to other locations. I highly recommend stopping by.
