I went to buy a new hat. The owner measured my head and said he didn’t have my size so he has some more on order so I will go back. I appreciate that he didn’t just try to sell me a hat that wasn’t right for me. I got a pair of good quality Laredo boots that fit me perfectly and at a reasonable price. Owner is very knowledgeable about boots and hats and everything in his store. He stayed open for us when it was after closing time. Looking forward to going back for a hat that fits. He also cleaned that hat I had on for me.

This is the place if you're looking for high quality clothing, belts, and boots that are made in The USA. Pat the owner is a funny guy with a good story and he is more than willing to help you out choosing which boot is the right one for you. I myself wanted a certain pair of Chippewa boots that he didn't carry he special ordered a pair for me and a week went by turns out they never shipped out. After he spent hours on the phone with Chippewa he got them shipped over night for free. I got my boots the next day and I'm happier than a pig in mud now that i got my new boots on me feet!

The owner is a character!! Nice enough guy but a little unhinged that came off creepy, makes customers uneasy and not comfortable. definitely some under lying mental health problems. Won’t be back

The owner/sales assoc. Was extremely creepy. He made my skin crawl. All I wanted was a medium size cowboy hat for my boyfriend. The man literally wouldn't shut up about himself and don't bother touching any of the hats because he "doesn't allow anyone to "play" with his hats" I couldn't get out of there fast enough. He obviously doesnt want the business. I do not recommend this place.

Stopped into this store over the weekend. This guy was all over the place. Never stopped talking long enough to ask us what WE were in there for. The strangest experience I have EVER had in a retail store.

Went in to look for a pair of boots and find my first hat. Got 0 help shopping and the person working just spent time chatting up my girlfriend, constantly ignoring the fact that I was trying to purchase items. Waste of an hour of driving. Sadly cannot recommend coming here. You can't even walk into the hat section to look, it's all closed off with signs saying "don't touch MY hats. Paraphrased a little there. Don't remember the exact quote.

Drove 30 min off my route to stop here with plans to buy new boots, pants, and hat. If they had what I wanted I would of been spending well over 500. Cash. I didn't get the chance to look because as soon as I entered I was told I need a mask by a UNMASKED gentleman, whom I assume was owner by the store logo jeep parked by door. 1st off pffft F your mask, 2nd where was your mask. Ill drive to double M western before I ever spend a dime in your store. Tired of you mask clowns.

The owner is a complete creep. This isn’t a store to buy ANYTHING at, it’s obviously a front for something shady.

Enter at your own risk. Owner is unhinged and should be put away. And mentally helped...

It was closed... I came all the way out here... it was supposed to be open... very disappointed.
