Big Lots

I purchased a 7.5' pre-light LED artificial Christmas tree with dual lights. It was very easy to assemble and looks great! My wife and I just love it. The tree was a Cyber Monday Bargain @ 20% off deal!!!

Lots of stuff for reasonable price and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I always can find good buys in this store. Always have a nice selection of holiday items that aren't too expensive.

A nice Big Lots store.

An employee named Dee was most helpful in the furniture dept. He was kind, attentive and informative .I purchased a Trundle Bed ...he has great customer service skills..Great job.I have a Big Lots closer to my home but definitely would buy again at Clarence Store again.

Great store to run in and get virtually anything and get out in a jiffy. Sales staff are always friendly, and you usually don't have to wait in line very long. Shopping tip: great place for inexpensive candy and snacks!

Wanted office chair that wasn't in box near display. Wheeled the floor model to check out & they found one in box out back to buy. Decent price, reasonable quality, easy to assemble. Manager was very service oriented about getting me new chair in box - she carried it from stock room herself! Nice store with friendly staff, I'd definitely go back.

What a great store! Lots of parking, well stocked, well staffed and very professional but friendly help.

Customer service was awesome, not just one person but the whole team. The one in the furniture department. Did not catch the names but they were awesome specially the tall guy, he is all about helping the customers. I brought a bed and mattress there. Still planning on buying couch and recliner.

Very clean and modern layout, newly remodeled, with a great selection of fine products... looks like big lots really stepped up their game! Also a very kind and helping staff... I saw an employee go above and beyond finding a wheel chair for a disabled shopper to use.

Ordered furniture, was delivered promptly. One of the items was wrong so I had to go back to get the right product. For my troubles they gave me 20% off or my purchase. Very happy with the customer service and how they righted their mistake and gave me a discount.

Big Lots has a lot of great seasonal items to spruce up your house, or for gifts or party's. They also have furniture for sale. I bought a great couch there, about two years ago, good quality and I still love it.

Love this store. If you like Metal art and great and unique wall art in general, before you go elsewhere and spend way too much, check them out first.
