Monroe County Clerk Jamie Romeo

I registered a DBA via mail with MC Clerk recently and unfortunately the company name was spelled incorrectly. Because this registration was an Xmas gift for my partner I was in a rush to get it sorted. I called the office and VERY quickly my call was returned by Kelly. She sorted everything out within 24 hours and now I have a gift, with correct spelling, to give to my partner on Christmas day. Thank you Kelly!!

Just visited the Monroe County Clerks office, Fabiola Sylvestre, greeted me and took care of my certifications on some documents. She was the most sweetest, most efficient and very helpful. She went out of her way and also asked a question I had about a document that the State Department would have needed to answer. Love her attitude and smile. If you need to go see Fabiola. I’m sure everyone there is great but my experience was with Fabiola and that’s all that matters to me. Thank You Fabiola! :)

I went in yesterday with appointment and the lady took care of me was amazing. Her customer service was great she was very patient and understanding. I thank her so much for being so courteous. Thank you again

Not at all impressed with trying to reach Jamie Romeo with an issue at Henrietta DMV...finally gave up. Could not even email her or MCClerk. Poor customer service

Not even a person to answer the phone?
Repeated attempts and no response?

So last week I contacted the county clerk office requesting on how to receive a copy of my divorce. I was advised it has to be pulled from archive and someone would get back with me and give me all the details to get a certified copy. A week has passed and noone has contacted me back. I have left several messages in regards to this matter and noone has called me back.

No one ever answers the phone and despite multiple requests to call me , NO ONE EVER RETURNS MY CALLS FROM THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE!!!
Extremely poorly run!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
The employees here treat you like dirt. They are more interested in taking cigarette breaks, than actually trying to help you.
I'm a doctor, and I've taken care of some real dirt bags in emergency departments before. Never have I seen anyone treated like this in any emergency department, and never have I been treated like this before.
Thank you, Monroe County and Rochester, the beautiful sanctuary city that will never see the glory days anymore!

Need to wait 3 1/2 weeks to get an appointment to register a vehicle! Utter and complete nonsense!
Stopped in to ask a question and was told an appointment was needed to ask a question- seriously !
Someone needs to DO something and get these offices back open completely.

5 weeks for a dmv appt. Someone didn't think this through

No reason for these Covid restrictions to still be in place. County services need to resume!
