Had an issue with an online purchase. Avoiding the explanation, long story short the manager that was working went above and beyond to make things right and made sure I had a working controller after all was said and done. Will definitely be going to the Herkimer store instead of going online for anything I want to get from GameStop....

After dealing with Gamestop Corporate Office all morning about them sending me a PS5 game in a beat up PS3 case when I paid for a NEW game it was a pleasure to deal with the staff at this local GameStop in Herkimer. They were friendly, helpful and understanding processing my full refund promptly.

The manager Austin Fuller is very professional, makes sure it's up to guidelines for the virus and all employees are wearing masks even his customers as well. Felt safe in the building and he helped with all questions I had. He made sure I went home with what I was looking for and knew everything I needed to know to hook it all up for my fiance for his birthday! Definitely recommend this store if your not fully sure with everything and need someone who understands what he is actually selling!

Always had great experiences here. (Other than with one employee that no longer works there). The current staff are so friendly and I find myself spending a lot of time (and money) here. The employees help the best they can and despite the place being a bit cluttered in one area, it's really easy to find everything. I only wish they had as much available as the New Hartford one when it comes to collectables, but otherwise it's a great place to shop for games and hardware. Hoping its around for many more years to come.

Kristen helped me and was amazing. She explained the difference between the gaming consoles and the features. I could have spent a ton of extra money for nothing due to my TV not supporting the resolution but she explained everything in detail. Ultimately I spent the same amount but by getting suggested accessories to make life easier. Great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great gamestop location. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The past manager Dan was the greatest employee ever. This location has a large selection of new and used games, accessories, and equipment. Have been to a few midnight releases at this location. Always a good time. I prefer going to this gaming store more than any other. Most times I would prefer going to this brick and mortar store rather than online.

I always spend more time and money shopping here but their selection and customer service is Fantastic. Their prices are so competitive that I end up spending less than my budget for what I am seeking that I end up with a few extras. AWESOME!

Customer service here is the best of any game stop and had more to choose from than any other game stop I have ever been too and I'm a slight gamer so this is important to me and all gamers.

The guy that was working was fantastic! So talkative and funny. Really made it a great experience for us. This is our second time running into him. Never let him leave! Pay him more if he threatens to quit lol

Stanley was very helpful with my child's Nintendo Switch. He took over a half hour to help us upload vbucks to the game. His patient and compassion for his job is above and beyond. Thank you!

Manager sold 2 PlayStation 5s to his buddies. One guy spent the night before black Friday. Was told the same lie that I got. He had to send his 2 ps5s back

Told me he would call me if I put $100.00 on a Gamestop card and wait for next shipment. It was very hard watching him sell them to his buddies. My grandson was hoping to get one for Christmas

The guys working there were great! They didn't have the piece we needed and made arrangements to go to the Albany store to get it for us on his day off... They were great!!!

One of the best gamestop stores in the area. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way and traveled to a different store themselves to get me a great deal on a Nintendo switch with games.
