Usually don’t leave reviews but starting from reservation to pickup… everything was a breeze. Staffs were extra friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for rental car near NY area.

I actually have made a reservation for any car on the intermediate class but at that time they didn’t have the car which I wanted. So they gave me upper level car (Hyundai Santa Fe) in the same price. It was very important for me that they didn’t victimize me ‘cause I was busy at that time. Btw my experience was amazing. They were very nice people and helpfully. Especially I wanna thanks them ( Rev and Antonio) because when I wanna extend to my returning time, Rev didn’t cause any problems and he resolved smoothly as well. Then in the returning time, while Antoinio checking it out the car, we have talked each other. He was very friendly and kindly.

As a result you absolutely should choice this store when you need a rental car, of course if u wanna the professional workers.

I had a rental over the weekend and I didn’t expect horrible weather along with other circumstances. I needed to return my car sooner but the only location that was open was Hoboken. The manager over there Steve reached out to the manager of West New York and made arrangements for me to return the car to his location in Hoboken. The manager of West New York deserves a promotion for not only answering the other manager on her day off but going out of the way to take care of myself as a customer. I will definitely be returning here when the weather gets nicer to get a rental again and making sure I don’t have to return it early. This location and manager go out of their way (literally) to assist however than can. Shoutout to Hoboken as well!

While the car I needed was not available due to technicalities from Enterprise's end, the staff at this location were accommodating and helpful in all the ways they could. Lorraine and Jessica were particularly pleasant.

Super easy and smooth experience with a rental car here. Nathalia was very professional, explained everything and answered any questions at pick up. Drop off was quick and pleasant with Ray (I hope I got his name right). Overall, everyone is polite, friendly and professional. Great experience. Thanx!

UPDATE 02/10/24: We continue coming back to this location a year later because of the amazing service. This time, the associate Jessica provided excellent customer service. We have to come back to rent again in a few weeks and will be asking for her!

My parents have been to this location several times now and continue to go here because of the phenomenal customer service provided by Sasha G. She is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend to ask for her if you go here.

I want to express my gratitude towards Rev and his team at the WNY Enterprise Car rental location. I was running a bit late and I had the last SUV reserved waiting for me. After I left the site with the SUV, I discovered the SUV had with no output from the radio. I was going upstate and needed the radio to work for the long drive. I was close by so I returned to let them know that the radio did not work. Rev managed to find me another SUV and rushed to get the SUV ready so that I could get going. Definitely great customer service and I am a very happy customer and would recommend renting from this site.

Best car rental agency on Earth, period. I wish other places can be half as good. Lorraine, Nathalie, Fatou and Jessica are outstanding employees. They are doing a wonderful job. The cars are as clean as they can be and they are many choices. The pickup and drop off process is extremely quick. It is always a pleasure to work with this agency.

Loved the Customer Service at the West New York Enterprise location. Everyone here made sure to take care of us. Lorraine helped us with our pick-up and Fatou with the return. They both made sure we were satisfied with our experience. Thank you also Lorraine for helping us out when we came to the wrong location initially. Service like that is why we Absolutely adore enterprise as our go to Car rental agency. Will be back soon.

Highly recommend, had a great experience with a young lady by the Nathalia, who was multi-tasking and efficient. Im sure she is a great asset to the team and company. All the staff there were polite and professional. I definitely look forward to doing business here in the near future.

Just had to share the most positive experience I had with a car rental ever. I used enterprise while my car was in the shop due to an accident. The love and care I received from every single member of this office was above and beyond amazing. Jason checked me in, Xiomi made sure I was 10000% satisfied and Jessica double checked that all of my funds were released when I was done with the vehicle.
