Kim was my stylist and Tracy gave me some advice to help my thinning hair, my end result was so amazing. I didn't think anything would make me feel better about my hair and the cut they did was wonderful. Thank you both for taking your time and doing a great job.

I've taken my daughters to Smart style for many years. Their hair always looks so nice afterwards. They always grow their hair very long & then get it cut so it may be a while in between each visit but it's worth the wait. We save their ponytails to donate.

My son hated getting his hair cut. We tried a few different places. We came here and had Hayleigh Wiggins cut his hair. She has been sooooo patient and willing to work with him to help him have a great experience with her. Now when he looks in the mirror and sees that his hair is getting a bit long he says, "I think we need to call Miss Hayleigh!" She is so amazing and sweet with him. He has come a long way with getting his hair cut and she notices the progress every time we are in to see her. I pray that we will be able to continue to go to her for ad long as possible!!!

I had my hair colored today at SmartStyle in Herkimer Walmart. I’m always a little skidish when getting it colored because of the bad experiences I’ve had.
Hayleigh Wiggins introduced herself and we went over the color swatches to see which color would be best for my hair.
She went right away mixed the formula, then started painting my hair, piled it on top of my head. While I waited for the color to do it’s thing, she was able to do a couple of quick hair cuts, Then onto my wash, rinse, condition treatment and blow dry. I was so relaxed I was almost comatose. When she finished I opened my eyes and WOW! I LOVED LOVED LOVED the color!

Jackie at smart styles is fantastic highly recommend but I would like to say I ce in about a month ago to get my hair bleached and was totally disrespected and talked down to by a manager of all people made me sick if you can be a people person find a new career tracey

I went into the salon to get a haircut and Hayleigh Wiggins was very skillful in the work she did. I will definitely be going back again and requesting Hayleigh as my stylist. I was pleased with her communication and cleanliness skills.

I always go to SmartStyle for all my beauty needs! Hayleigh Wiggins is the hairstylist I prefer when I go to SmartStyle, she’s always polite, respectful to my preferences and knows exactly what she’s doing. She makes sure that I leave the salon with a smile on my faces and also with any products that I might need to maintain my hair in between appointments. I recommend going to SmartStyle in Herkimer, but also requesting Hayleigh Wiggins as your stylist!

A big shout out to Tracy once again! I would highly recommend her to anybody for a matter of fact I have brought people to her. During desperate times I do desperate things, once again she fixed it for me! THANK You! I am going to try really hard to keep the scissors out of my hands!
