We stopped at the Log Cabin Antiques Tradition while on a road trip through New York state. The owner was friendly, and the store had a wonderful selection of interesting items. Plus there were items in the back yard and garage. We thought the items were priced reasonably. If we are ever back in the Lake Placid area, we will most certainly stop by to see what is new.

Cool place! They have cast iron tubs with lion's feet tub stands. I saw old stoves. In the back they have nice wood furnishings.

I will gladly give these guys a five star review, and can do it without making unprovable claims of my superiority in research, medical knowledge, economics, ettiquite, mind reading, culinary arts and frequent pet mistreatment (at multiple vets) claims as justification for my multitude of 1 star reviews, to the businesss in my community.

If you want a huge antique selection at great prices, simply walk into this store, select your item[s], ask questions and make your purchase. Commerce is nothing more complicated than that, and I will continue to shop here. This is a great store!

Truly an antique place that has a little bit of everything. Reasonably price. Not sure how much haggling there is since we only purchase one small item that was not worth haggling over. The back area behind store was not open on the day we went. Store closes early for a Saturday (430) but maybe due to covid and that most were shopping at the "strip" of shops along Main Street in Lake Placid. Cool place though.
