I was very pleased with Napa in Norwich they do things right I was impressed and the young lady behind the counter help me was very knowledgeable friendly and she had a smile that makes a day go a lot better for the person on the other side that's having maybe a bad day thank you for that and they also mixes their own spray paint to order how awesome is if they don't have your color mix it and put it in a spray can that is awesome I am definitely going back there it's not like other Auto part places in Norwich that don't know what they are doing awesome have a wonderful blessed happy day

I try to do most of my own car repair. Like most NAPA stores, they are much more knowledgeable than other chain auto part stores. Very good service, and quality parts.
