Dawn is the absolute best from the start she treated us like family and was very easy to work with. I would recommend anyone who needs a storage unit to go see dawn wonderful customer service.

Went to pick up a U-Haul trailer and our service representative dawn was very helpful and she also made our experience very easy she even had us laughing along the way I hope U-Haul gets more employees like dawn she is a asset to the company if I need any U-Haul rentals in the future from this area I will be hoping and looking to see her there thanks U-Haul for the service

Highly recommend it for U-Haul rental! Very nice facilities overall, the storage areas are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly! We rented a 15' truck to move and the entire vehicle was exceptionally clean, inside and out. The truck functioned perfectly and I had no issues with checking it out or returning it.

If you're looking for a truck rental in the area, don't go anywhere else if you can get one here. They truly care, and they want you to have the best possible experience. I will be using them as much as possible in the future!

We have had a very pleasant experience storing our belongings over the past 2 years. Today I moved out and Joel made it very easy! He noticed my pregnancy and said he would sweep and stack the crates for me. And even refunded us for this month (since we were already charged) with it being the first of the month. I feel very thankful!

I rented a 5’ x 10’ storage unit at Lancaster Self Storage for about 8 months when I moved back to the area unexpectedly and I can’t say enough great things about my experience!

I used two 10x20 units for about nine months when relocating to the area this past fall. Joel is great. No nonsense and very helpful. He made everything super easy and efficient. Prices are good too. Highly recommended.

Lancaster Self Storage is conveniently located, clean and reasonably priced. I had just endured several annoying encounters just trying to get a unit rented. I met Joel (Manager) last week, and immediately went with them. The units and the yard are kept up, there's room to maneuver in there (can do a three point turn in a box truck, not that you have to because you can drive in a circle). Its well lit, and they have garbage receptacles at the end of each row. Nice to just go somewhere, check off the box and move on to other things.

Amazing first time experience. The manager was a genuinely funny dude who was really helpful throughout the process and did everything fast. I would highly recommend it for your storage needs especially since the price is well set and they sell locks as well. Would recommend for university students looking for storage

Great place. I was in a bind and lucky for me they answered the phone after they closed on Saturday. I explained my situation to him and he had me call him Sunday morning. He got us signed up and took the time to make sure we could move in on a day they were closed! Awesome! I would recommend them to everyone.
