Hilton New York/Downtown Brooklyn

Our stay here was exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we are greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help. The check-in process was smooth, and Sharinel and Felipe were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Special thanks to the front desk lady during night time who went above and beyond by personally delivering the blankets and towels we requested, even though the housekeeping staff had already left for the night. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly impressive and greatly appreciated.

We also had an excellent experience at the bar and thanks to AC. Ac is not only skilled at making fantastic drinks, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure everyone at the bar felt welcome and taken care of, even during the busiest times.

Overall, the team in Hilton Brooklyn New York truly made us feel at home. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail set this hotel apart. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant experience!

Stayed here as a tag-a-long on a business trip. Hotel staff was amazing. Every single interaction with the staff was great. Location is perfect for Brooklyn. You can easily walk to Brooklyn Bridge, Dumbo, and the Promenade. The subway is only a 3-4 minute walk away. The breakfadt buffet had everything. Waffles, French toast, eggs, potatoes (really good), bacon, chicken sausage, steel oats with lots of mix-ins, yogurt, red grapes, honeydew, pineapple, watermelon (all in separate bowls), cereal, and coffee (no flavored cream). You also get $35 a day in credit to use at the hotel (you can use at their restaurant or in their snack store). The $35 must be used each day. The 1 negative, we asked them to park the car valet Monday morning at 6:50 am (cars must be moved by 7am). They took the keys but failed to park the car and we received a $95 parking ticket at 7:05am. If they were not able to move the car in time they should have advised us because we could have parked it ourselves. So keep in mind, Brooklyn parking enforcement does not play!!! Move you car on-time!!!

Rooms are a bit dated but clean. The location is amazing with a lot of shops and things to do nearby. Great customer service, very friendly. Came with a complimentary buffet with a bunch of options (waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, etc.)

The rooms are nice, clean, & room-y. The hotel is in a perfect location for local sights & restaurants, & is a block away from the subway (A, C, or G) & a few short blocks from the 1,2,4,& 5 trains.
The staff is OUTSTANDING! Everyone from the front-desk staff, to housekeeping, to the engineers, are efficient, friendly, accomidating, & many other positive descriptions. DO stay here, if you visit Brooklyn NY!

Decent hotel every thing is up to the level but just right there. Nothing is unique about it but rather a decent functional hotel. Clean decent with excellent location. Rooms are decent, breakfast is exactly the same every day at a good quality but very basic.

Every single member of the staff we have interacted with has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rooms are what we expected for the price. The location was incredible to Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights and a very short drive into Manhattan! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Valet parking and purchasing the breakfast are well worth the price👍🏻

It was nice, and if you book the suites it comes with free breakfast and access to the lounge room which is always stocked with snacks like soda, cookies, and popcorn

George was amazing he checked us in and anticipated our every need! Rooms on lower level near the elevator to accommodate the seniors, he explained the valet parking letting us know we had in/out access to our vehicle. He explained the Hilton honors gold member breakfast/points choice, George is perfect! Housekeeping was also great they didn’t bang down down before checkout time like some other hotels. Rooms were spacious and very clean elevators were clean and fast. Front desk staff kept a permanent smile on their faces and always alert and willing to answer any questions Overall experience was awesome! Please keep up the great work guys!

A modern, well-maintained hotel in a prime location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. So many hotel rooms have terrible air conditioning but this one kept us cool all night long as we slept. I'll definitely be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Brooklyn

I stay here a lot for work. Everyone is phenomenal. The bar manager, Tor, has been incredibly welcoming - making this place feel more like a home away from home.
Jorge, from the front desk, has gone out of his way to help me. He even found my laptop and helped me get it couriered to my job-site so I didn't miss a beat!

It was great, party goes on all night and bed rest was well. Cool snacks and great staff. Kid friendly too.

Great location. Within a few short blocks from the major subway lines. Safe property. George at the desk was great. Stored our luggage when we arrived and got us in a touch early. Requests for a steamer were done promptly!

Perfect location in the Downtown Brooklyn area. Near all the trains, walkable, so many stores and restaurants. Although the hotel restaurant, Black Walnut is terrific! Great food menu and cocktails. The bartenders are friendly and know what they’re doing!
From management (Paul & Maura), front desk (Esteffanie & George) and restaurant staff, everyone is friendly and professional. You won’t regret staying here. I travel a lot for work and this is my go-to.

My stay at the hotel was great. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was spacious and clean. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was nice to know that it was there if we wanted to use it.

Check-in/out process was easy as well. We checked in online, used a digital room key and checked out online as well which was convenient. However, the only challenge with the digital key was that it didn't work on the elevator (which is needed to select your room floor) so we we still had to go to the front desk to get a card key.

Nevertheless, when I'm back in BK, I will definitely stay there again.

After an unexpected and disappointing airline flight delay-over we were welcomed into a rejuvenating and comfortable stay at this fabulous hotel! It definitely set our trip back on track. Rooms were clean and area was very safe. Beautiful decor in the lobby and the room. I enjoyed my stay in the Hilton Brooklyn very much and would love to return herein the future. Front desk staff, George, was incredibly supportive of our last minute booking needs and made our stay an exceptional one!

Jorge consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. He was always willing to assist with any requests, making sure my room was impeccably serviced. His suggestions for local dining areas were spot-on and added a wonderful touch to my trip. His courteous, polite, and professional demeanor truly stood out, reflecting his commitment to exceptional customer service. I'm truly grateful for Jorge's efforts in making my stay memorable and enjoyable. Kudos to him and the hotel for having such an outstanding staff member!

We stayed here six nights. It was what you would expect from a luxury hotel. Breakfast is pricey for what it is, but it was good food. 711 is two blocks away. There are probably 500 restaurants within an easy walk.
It was a really nice experience to be here.

I had a nice 2 night stay. Stephanie and Rick were awesome and took really good care of us. My room was as advertised. The information about breakfast on the website was misleading but the breakfast buffet, while pricey, was good.

Fantastic experience.!!! Hilton employees were super friendly and always going above and beyond for us. My little one even got a teddy bear from their manager. Great location to walk around and/or hop in the subway to go to Manhattan. We’ll be coming back for sure.!!!
