I can't say enough good things about this vendor. The products I purchased were even better quality than I expected - definitely better than any box store product for about the same price. Also, I accidentally threw out one of the door handles and when I contacted customer service, they sent me another one free of charge (which was not what I asked). We will be redoing our kitchen next year and this absolutely where I will be buying all my hardware.

Ordering was easy. The pulls seem to be good quality, the price is great, and the shipment arrived intact. One day late due to the weather (got hit by the polar vortex) but that is UPS and understandable given the circumstances. The hardest part is choosing which knobs/pulls you want!

I ordered some cabinet hinges from Knobs4Less because I could not find them at Lowe's or HomeDepot. They were a specialized hinge, but lucky for me I found them with Knobs4Less. They arrived in the timeframe noted. When I tried to put them on the cabinets I thought they had sent the wrong hinges. I called and they were very helpful even sending me a link via email so I could see other samples. I realized that it was my mistake in not understanding how to put them on. But after a few attempts I saw my mistake, and easily attached them. What I was please with was the care, courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I had the right product. I contacted them again to let them know it was my error because they were also willing to send a repacking materials to return them, with no problem at all. Fortunately I did not have to return the product as they sent exactly what I asked for, and again, were super nice. The product was great and affordable. I needed new switchplates and none of the local stores had what I wanted. I found Knobs 4 Less on the web and they had what I needed at a very reasonable price. They arrived pretty quickly and we are very happy.

I can not say enough great things about the customer service I received from ‘Knobs4Less’! My husband and I are undergoing a major renovation to most of our house. I placed my original order for the Lewis Dolan Euro pulls in November 2017. At the time of delivery my house looked like a warehouse, full of boxes (big and small) in my dining room, and foyer. I was able to open most of the boxes to check their contents, but with deliveries coming almost everyday, and both my husband and I working full time, it became hard to check every box, everyday. Fast forward to February 2018, I’m feverishly looking for a box of pulls and they are no where to be found. I asked my carpenter if he had seen them, he said no. I called ‘Knobs4Less’ and spoke with several agents who were all very patient and kind. I finally spoke with Monet, and she immediately contacted the shipper and UPS to find out what happened to my box. While waiting for a response from the shipper, I re-ordered the pulls that I needed along with some new sizes. Low and behold I found the box tucked far back in a cabinet. My carpenter had put them there without opening the box, so he didn’t know what they were. I called Monet and she was so kind to me. I apologized profusely for the confusion and she was so gracious. She was able to set things up so that I could not only cancel the second order, but also exchange some of the pulls from the first order for a different size. If I ever need Knobs or pulls again, I will definitely order from ‘Knobs4Less’! I will also recommend ‘Knobs4Less’ to my family and friends. Twas amazing! Knobs abound! Here a knob, there a knob, everywhere a knob! So many knobs to decide upon. To choose a knob left me perplexed and unsettled. Which knob should it be I asked. They all looked so promising. The mood was liken to choosing a puppy. I couldn't choose so I left a broken knobless man. Soon after I sought therapy. Someday I shall muster the internal fortitude to choose the perfect or not so perfect knob. For now I worry not of my knobless cabinets for I know they know that I will persevere. We ordered hardware for our brand new kitchen, it was awesome, looks great with our new cabinets and countertop. And the hardware shipped quickly, and was here in time for the contractor to install the hardware.

This company has the best prices on cabinet pulls and the best quality from Amerock, I ordered the sterling nickel and they are the perfect finish, they are also solid and have a good weight one them, I am very satisfied with all the process from beginning to end and the quality is superb.
