The food is great. Love the ice cream

My husband and I are on an 8 day traverse of the Erie Canal bike trail, when we came upon Mrs. Shake. So glad we stopped! We were made to feel super welcome, and the ice cream was delicious. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure what her name is, but a young, blonde lady is always dealing with a rush when I come in. Through the stresses of working both the window and the counter inside, she has been exceptional. I bring my toddler with me for our ice cream days and this young lady has always been so kind to my son, even while there's a million things going on in that moment. I wish I had her name so I could give her the credit she's due.

Ice cream is always great. Haven't had the food, but it looks amazing every time I see it come out for other customers. This has been a go to for this father-son duo!

Great food, reasonable prices. Ice cream nachos were delicious! Friendly staff, busy when we came so a bit of wait, but the girls working were hustling!

What a great place to grab a bite to eat! I got a cheeseburger, my son got a hot dog that was cut into a little spiral (He loved it!) My dad and brother got the Mexican hot (burger) and everything was delicious! Topped it off with really yummy ice cream. Great food, great service, great prices and the owner is awesome! Will definitely be back!

Great place if you out and about to stop in and have a wonderful lunch dinner. Staff will always greet you with a smile and amazing service

This place has gotten a lot better since the last time I was here a couple years ago. Food was good, ice cream was awesome, and the staff was friendly.

Prices were a little higher than I expected, but not wild.

Mrs Shake opened for the year today and on a whim I stopped in to get an ice cream cone for myself and two good dogs I am watching. The dogs each got a dish of soft vanilla ice cream with a dog biscuit inserted in the middle! Those pups lost no tyme emptying those dishes!! 😂🤣 Must have been good!!!!
I got to say that ice cream cone I got ,was delicious! Im not a big ice cream person, and this was the first one Ive had in a few years….and IT SURE WAS GOOD!
For a great ice cream treat I strongly recommend Mrs Shake ….great ice cream and just super nice people !!

Very busy,hot evening everyone wanted food, ice cream. Small sundaes just right. Relaxing family time. My grandson wanted me to have it as a mothers day gift frm him n family.. since other plans fell thru. He loves time with grandma. .

Very friendly place ,food is spectacular, ice cream is very creamy , great to see Mrs.Shakes busy every night, great place to just hang out and relax with family and friends and an ice cream

We had lunch here. Under new management. Waited a bit for our orders to come out but worth it. Food was done very nicely. Will eat here again for sure.

Yummmmmm chocolate toasted coconut soft serve went there today with my bestie tabatha .....💕 this review is today went with my friend Suzie and they made me custom icecream choclate coconut it was amazing such nice ladies they went above and beyond to put a smile on my face love this place and highly recommend it not just icecream lots of other good food as well ALWAYS top notch service icecream and food 💕💞💕💞💕💞💕💞💕
