I have the blessing to be working with Gabby/Gabrielle, she is excellent to work with. Needless to say her honesty, knowledge and professionalism are a huge help during this process. She is very patient, kind and attentive to our needs. Gabby has provided us with excellent service. We are beyond happy to have found someone like her to guide us through our first remodel-her help has been above and beyond our expectations, would recommend working with her 100 percent. We highly recommend NY Kitchen and Bath! They are professional, were able to work well with our contractor and within our timeframe. We worked with Ray who helped us choose a kitchen countertop, as well as a new bathroom vanity and shower tile. We Are Very pleased with the quality of their products and their customer service!!

Michele helped us through a few major design changes and was a pleasure to work with. She also recommended a great contractor to do the work and we're very excited to get this project started.

We haven't ordered anything yet but I will update the review as the project gets underway.

We went to NYK&B to get a layout and purchase materials to rebuild our kitchen after a devastating house fire. We were not planning on remodeling our kitchen but the circumstances forced us into making hundreds of decisions. From the cabinet to the tile to the hardware and faucet, our contact at NYK&B Larry was awesome to work with. The prices were reasonable, the advice was plentiful and in the end, we have a new kitchen that we are extremely happy with and proud of. We would highly recommend New York Kitchen and Bath. They have an amazing selection, so many that we walked in and actually didn't know where to start. Luckily Anthony helped make our experience simple. He helped us pick exactly what we wanted and helped us feel less overwhelmed with this process. We will absolutely be coming back here for our next renovation.

My husband and I had an upstairs bathroom totally gutted . We removed the tub and had a beautiful, low entrance shower installed. Michele was our designer and DK Kustom was our contractor. We are so pleased with the entire experience! Michele was patient , knowledgeable and kind from start to finish. And Dillon from DK Kustom was superb. He was dependable, talented and very skilled. All of his subcontractors were equally competent. Thank you for a great experience.

We went to NY Kitchen & Bath for a countertop and sink for our kitchen remodel. Michele was easy to work with and gave us quotes for a couple different options. Unfortunately, we had huge delays with cabinets from another store, and ended up working with Anthony to submit our countertop order. He was very professional and personable, reviewed our options, and was quick to complete our order. The gentleman that came out to measure, Adam from DanChar Solid Surfaces, was early and had outstanding customer service as well. He was even able to move ahead the timeline for installation. We love our new quartz countertop and wish we had found NY Kitchen & Bath sooner, when it came to the cabinets too. Great customer service!

We have been very impressed with all aspects of New York Kitchen and Bath! Our planning and ordering sessions with Michele for our bathroom renovation were terrific. She was incredibly helpful in selecting materials and making sure our orders were correct. She came to the house to do preliminary measurements and see exactly what we were working with. She gave us excellent recommendations and was very interested that we got exactly what we wanted. It was great to go to a store that has materials for all aspects of kitchens and baths on display. With other places we would have had to order the shower one place, the vanity another, the flooring another.
Our contractor was very impressed with the quality of the things we ordered. The delivery people were very good and everything was delivered when we were told it would arrive.
We can't say enough positive about this company. We would most certainly refer all our friends to NY Kitchen and Bath.

Worked with Michele Van Sice for materials needed for a bathroom remodel. The product choices were great and the service better. Michele helped me get the purchased materials delivered on time so I didn't have to delay my contractor.

We purchased the materials for our kitchen remodel with New York kitchen and Bath. We worked with Larry who designed our kitchen remodel and he was Very patient with us since we were very overwhelmed with the process. What he came up with we couldn’t be more happy with it turned out amazing. We did have a few delays during the process none of which was their problem but Anthony went out of his way to personally pick up all of our cabinets from the local terminal and deliver them personally he definitely went above and beyond and was also very responsive with any other questions or concerns we had along the way. We hired our own contractor to do the work and he also had nothing but positive things to say about New York kitchen and Bath. Their prices were very affordable and the quality was excellent. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have a kitchen or bathroom remodeled our neighbors use them for their bathroom and they had nothing but positive things to say about them as well.
