I can’t speak to anything other than customer service. My tire was completely flat and I needed to fill it and get on my way. Ivan was so helpful, kind and efficient and made the experience pleasant.

The other reviews are right. Who ever was working there Nov 26th at noon booked me for an appointment today. When I came in the person working there said I'm not in the system. I exchanged all my information, type of car, tire size and they gave me a date and time. Either they are lieing because they are under staffed. Or they have a serious issue with their system. Either way you cannot trust a place who consistently tells customers appointments that do not exist. Management should check into this considering all the people saying the same thing.

I ordered tires online two weeks ago and booked an appointment at my local club store for today. I received a confirmation email immediately, and then today I went to my appointment only for the attendant to tell me he couldn't find the appointment or order. The employee was nice and understanding so this review does not reflect his performance, but rather the ineffective online order/appointment/customer communication aspect. I've reached out to BJ's support and may update this review depending on the response. For now, stay far away - the bad reviews here are legit.

So I go two days during the week during POSTED open hours. All lights on but door locked and not a soul in sight. Then I called and someone picked up the phone. I explain I’m not sure of my tire size but have the year, make, model of my car can they help and tell me what tires I will need? The gentleman replied “our servers are down and I can’t look up the information for you”. So I say ok I’ll try back later! (now it’s 4th attempt to price out) I call one last time they put me through to tire shop today and it’s open but NO ONE picks up. Cmon this is unacceptable, if you’re not making much on tire sales the impossible service is probably why. I think you need to hold someone accountable for the severe lack of service to members. That’s why we pay for membership to have access or more reasonably priced items. Given how much time was spent on trying to get information on purchasing tires you should pay me. Very frustrating poor service!

Tried very hard to set up an appointment to buy and have 4 tires installed at this establishment. For an entire day "their servers were down" so they "couldn't make an appointment" and never called me back after giving them my number. When I finally got an appointment the next day and arrived to drop off my car they told me they only had two of the tires in stock that I wanted after saying they had them in stock over the phone. When that happened I immediately took my business a few miles down the street. Stay away from this place if you're looking to purchase tires and have them installed.

Literally the worst service. The employee refused to change my tires which were under warranty. They said that they had no record of it until I called my way up to the supervisor who told me they in fact do keep paper records of the tires. It's ridiculous the depths the employees went to avoid looking for the records. Both of the 5 star reviews are written by the employees btw which is kinda sad. Stay away from this place if you're looking for any service above half-ass.

I wish I can put 0 stars for this. I come in last week to order 4 tires for my car and was told they should be in stock in a few days and they will call me when they are in... Over a week later, no call and when I go in, I get told they are "special" ordered and still have to wait... And no phone call letting me know the status... Also when trying to call them, it's a joke. I am left on hold for over 30 mins and no one checking in.. they may have good prices but 100% horrible service.

Not open when they are short on staff. One was a day that snow tires could've been put on. They must lose so many potential buyers when this happens, Bad business practice. This week they were closed a day when I was calling to have snows removed for Spring. They need to revamp this Dept. When they are in they tell you how busy they are and that they can't get you in for days.

Horrible experience. One time my car was left unlocked, did not even get done, and when I returned the store was closed 3 hours before it was supposed to be. No explanation, no compensation, no returned phone calls. I go back because I mistakenly already prepaid for tires and I sat and waited for an hour before someone approached me. Avoid at all costs.

Wow.. read the reviews and saw some where a year old.. decided to call because I'm a bjs member in need of 4 tires... was on hold for 10 min and no pick up. Now I know what people where going through when calling unemployment 😆.. if this indicates the work lol oh baby run , drive the hell some place else..

I’m convinced by the statement that was already put out on here not to go. Hope you guys straighten up and get y’all self a better rating In the near future
