Bluexomes in currently managing the property I am renting. Earlier this month, our bedroom became invested with wasps (wasps somehow flew into the wall-mounted air-conditioning unit). There are legitimately a good 20-30 wasps accessing the bedroom at any given time. We asked Bluexomes to work with the property owner to provide an exterminator - instead, they first provided a "handyman," who not only did not succeed in getting rid of the wasps, but also sprayed "outdoor only" bug spray in the bedroom. 5 days after first reporting the incident, an exterminator was finally sent, but Bluexomes did not forward the necessary information to the exterminators. Therefore, the wasps were not completely removed.
Two weeks later, there are still wasps in our bedroom, which is uninhabitable. A person cannot be expected to sleep in a room with a wasp nest (I am actually allergic to wasps, which Bluexomes is aware of). I have no choice but to provide Bluexomes with a 1 star review - they have not reacted with any urgency or human decency on this issue. Perhaps the property owner is truly to blame and Bluexomes is simply the "middle man," but their ineffectiveness cannot be understated nevertheless. We literally cannot sleep in a bedroom we are currently paying for - it does not get any worse than that...
