DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I enjoy coming to this DSW to shop for socks, shoes, scarves, hats, purses, and kids shoes. All staff are super friendly and courteous! This morning I came to the store and was greeted with a warm welcome by the store manager (Emily). Later in the afternoon I came back for an exchange and Emily helped me place the online order. All this was done within five minutes. In addition, she remembered my size from earlier. I’m so impressed with her attention to details and customer service skills. Lastly, the reason why I enjoy buying from this store is because they have more choices for shoes compare to the other store. Highly recommend shopping here.

I'm in a love affair with DSW, going on 25 years or so at this point. I refuse to shoe shop anywhere but DSW. With that perspective in mind - THIS particular DSW location at Village Point - Omaha is the best 1 around!!! I always drop in this particular store when I'm in Omaha. The store is always bright, clean, inviting and the merchandise is well organized. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience here. From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted with a welcome and told to feel free to ask if we needed help with anything at all. Sarah ended up helping us and she was so joyful to help us find exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking to save some extra cash, sign up for their rewards program! We used a $60 off a $200 purchase so we basically got a free pair of shoes! Awesome stuff!

I'm pleased with the service and return policy. Had a failure with a pair of shoes within 30 days and had no problems returning them for a new pair.

This is a great store If you're looking for shoes! They have a huge selection of all kinds of shoes for men,women and children. Nice friendly staff!

I bought a pair of shoes a month ago and when I got home and went for a walk I discovered they were too small. I brought them back a month later and gave me a full refund. No questions asked. I'll be back.

Found Saucony brand, and many styles of boots! I had plenty of time to browse. DSW is my new favorite shoe store. I will go back when I need new boots. 🙂

A Good Place to shop for your every need of whatever Shoe you may have need of, they have a good selection of shoes to pick from for children and the whole family.
