My trip was even more than I had asked for. Perfect!!! All my rooms had the views I had asked for, overlooking Glacier lake when at the Prince of Wales hotel, Old Faithful at Yellowstone, the gold course in Whitefish. The Amtrak arrangements were comfortable. Tabitha is so easy to work with and keeps me informed along the way. She found my driver, Cathy, and she was a treasure. So pleasant to travel with, she researched other options for us to visit, always on time, just simply a joy to be with. There are so many things that Tabitha arranges that makes traveling easy for an older, well, actually an old person. Thank you for all of your hard work Tabitha.

Kristine was a JOY to work with! She helped me with my first international trip and made it so simple and seamless! I had zero worries when I was there and came back relaxed, refreshed, and with a full heart. I cannot recommend her enough and I will absolutely book again with her soon :)

They have been my family’s go to for traveling since I was in elementary school for my first trip to Disney World and other trips. They became my go to when I started booking my first trip in college and still are! Tabitha is the best and I highly recommend her! The ladies there are all so nice and are willing to help out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. After Margaret left, my mom had switched and was not happy until I told her to come back and try Tabbi, and she is back!

I am so grateful that I went through Your Travel Center for our trip to Mexico! Julie was amazing to work with and really took the guesswork out of the planning for the trip. She helped us find the best resort to stay at for the experience we wanted and at the price range we desired. As we experienced flight delays due to weather and other factors, Julie ensured we stayed connected and helped us throughout the journey. What an amazing experience! First trip to Disney (Orlando) for us- with a child with a disability- so probably more questions and anxieties than one would typically have. Working with Tabitha was always pleasant, and even when a couple minor glitches came about (nothing Tabitha did or didn't do-just VERY minor things), she was right there to answer questions and guide things in the right direction!! Everything was perfectly planned out as to what we asked for from the second we left home to the second we came back, from transports to flights, park info, all other accommodations, and everything in between. Couldn't ask for a better first experience with a travel agent and major trip!

Kristine was an absolute blessing! My wife and I were planning a destination wedding to the Caribbean with a little over 50 total guests. Kristine was timely, professional and a grade A problem solver. We caught a few snags trying to deal directly with the resort, and Kristine jumped to action and rectified the issues on a minutes notice. She was responsive and knowledgeable and we have her to thank for our perfect wedding! Will be using her for all of our trips going forward :) Highly Recommend.

We have had multiple amazing trips planned by Tabitha! Unfortunately, all trips were during the pandemic but working with Tabitha made the needed tweaks and travel changes so easy! Very helpful and excellent service!!! Kristine was our agent and we got married in Riviera Maya! Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have done it without her. The wedding was perfect and now we are planning another trip for spring break with our kids!

My husband and I were referred to Kristine Thiessen by a friend, and I am so thankful we were because we might not have had a honeymoon if Kristine was not involved! Due to hurricanes Irma and Maria, we ended up having to change our entire honeymoon two times- but Kristine made this so easy and painless. She was extremely responsive, even when she was working out of the office, she would make time for me and always made sure my questions were answered. I have never used a travel agent before, but I can't imagine doing it any differently from here on out. We ended up traveling to Hard Rock in Riviera Maya and I can say without a doubt this was the best vacation I've ever been on! None of this would have happened without Kristine. I would highly recommend working with her on your next vacation!

We have never used a travel agent before but decided we should for a trip as big as our honeymoon! We are so happy we did!! Tabitha took amazing care of us. She took so much stress off by completely allowing my husband and I to leave all the details in her hands. She knew what she was talking about and had suggestions for areas we were unsure about when booking our honeymoon to St. Lucia. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

Kristine Thiessen-Randall helped us choose and then coordinate all of the travel for our destination wedding in Mexico. We interviewed several travel agent before picking Kristine, and we were highly satisfied with our selection. 50+ guests traveled to Mexico with us and Kristine coordinated travel for all but 2 couples. Everyone had positive feedback about Kristine, which is remarkable considering how many people she had to account for, she is just so organized and awesome at what she does! Planning a wedding in a foreign country can be a very stressful process, (working with a foreign wedding coordinator is tough! You feel like you don't know what you're going to get and worry that nothing will be ready to go for your wedding when you arrive). Knowing this, Kristine does everything she can to make the process pleasant and worry-free. She even arranged a conference call at Travel Leaders between our Mexico wedding coordinator and us when we were having trouble getting a response from the coordinator.
Our resort screwed up on our check-in when we first arrived, (they put us in a room that 2 guests had gotten into by mistake!). This had nothing to do with Kristine. We tried to solve the problem on our own, but it is tough when you are in a foreign country. After 2 days, we involved Kristine and immediately following our call to her, things started happening! We were treated like royalty after Kristine got involved. I'm so thankful we had her in our corner! After this experience, I won't even attempt foreign travel again without using Kristine.

Finally planning our family trip to Disney and had no idea where to start. I wanted us to have a good deal plus know “the secrets” we didn’t know but needed to. Tabitha was warm and welcoming. She got to know what we wanted and helped us plan the perfect vacation. From parades, to shows, to fast passes and everything in between; Tabitha educated us and helped us out every step of the way. The week of our trip she even made an “in case of emergency “ sheet to keep in our carry on so we would know who to get ahold of and how. I am sure we would not have been able to have as great of an experience as we did without her help. We will definitely be seeing her again for our future vacations!!!

Planning with Tabitha was a breeze. She was timely answering my many questions, even during the trip! Would highly recommend her for any trip. She made a wonderful suggestion for our bed and breakfast in Newport, Rhode Island. Tabitha made sure we were close to everything we wanted!

Tabitha helped us plan our vacation and it turned out great!! Trip to Hawaii was seemless and beautiful. From Hawaii to Huntington Beach Ca for a few days. Helped me pull a nice surprise for my wife when our daughters met us in California unexpectedly for her. Awesome job Tabitha!!

Julie Goergen helped us plan a family spring break trip to Jamaica. Our trip was amazing! We stayed at the Royalton Blue Waters and we had a fabulous experience! Great flights, awesome all-inclusive resort, delicious food and first-class service! Julie worked tirelessly to help us get this trip arranged. She assisted us with excursion recommendations and gave us an idea of how everything would go with airport pick up and drop off. We will definitely use Julie for our next vacation!

Love the service we get from Your Travel Center! They handle all of our corporate travel, and because of such superior customer service, we use them for all of our personal travel as well. It is so awesome anytime there is a problem with a flight or reservation, we just call Pam and she takes care of everything. They book all of our US flights, hotels, cars and international travel, and always have great feedback and recommendations.

We had a great experience planning our friend group trip to the DR. Tabitha made it easy for all our friends to travel from different cities and meet up at a fantastic all-inclusive resort. We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Republica, and hope to go back in a few years!
