I HATE optimum. Have nothing good to say about them. Overcharge. Take advantage. But this place has very good customer service.

This place looks like a bank inside but it operates so much more efficiently than any bank I've ever gone to. It took me less than five minutes to park, walk in, hand over a broken cable box and walk out with a new one. My man just scanned the old one, found the account, scanned the new one and good to go. And special appreciation for the customer service I had called earlier in the week. That guy was able to wirelessly determine the cable box was not receiving any signals and told me where to go to exchange that for a new one. I can say without any reasonable doubt that the horror days of getting cable service are long over and optimum has made that very clear

I know, five stars for a cable company location? First, they had a person cleaning the door handles and plexiglass who held the door open and greeted us as we entered and thanked us when we left 🤩. Second, the counter tech was very helpful, she even suggested keeping our current remote controls to make the change easier for my 90 year old father in law. Third, we were in and out in ten minutes without a single issue. My only gripe is I wish there were more/closer locations.

We were setting up a new account and services. Our customer service rep was Sylvia in the randolph route 10 office. She was professional, courteous, personable and explained all of our options. We were out of the office in less than a half hour. She took care of everything with a smile. Totally satisfied.

Optimum was great, the installation went smoothly and they always showed up on the time they said they would. The internet itself was fast and never lagged, the customer service was very helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't continue service as we relocated and Optimum didn't cover that area. I am hoping they do eventually because the service provides really suck in that area. Best Internet service provided I have experienced.

Great service. Always been a fan of optimum. The staff here are always friendly and I have never had an issue with them regarding service. They always smile and greet us in a polite manner. They go above and beyond.

If I had not had moved to an apartment that does not have optimum, I would have stayed with optimum. I will definitely recommended to everyone.

The employees at the Randolph location are very friendly and helpful. We are in the middle of a global pandemic which many others fail to realize. Waiting outside for more than 20 minutes is not a problem because it follows the social distancing guidelines. The staff at the Randolph location enforces social distancing which is a great thing. I salute the staff at the Randolph location for being so helpful and working during the pandemic.

I am upgrading my review from 1 to 5 stars. Optimum technician arrived 1st thing Monday morning to fix what turned out to be an equipment issue.

My wife and family and I have been with Optimum since before they were Optimum. Even before they were Cablevision. While they obviously try to bump up the pricing to get as much out of you as they can they are responsive to your needs. I have heard horror stories about a company called Service Electric and I'm very glad we do not have to put up with that. I wish Optimum would go north of us and service the areas where Service Electric has a Stranglehold on.

Quick service returning equipment. I just wish they were like that resolving issues.
