Chris is great. He is on top of the market and a great negotiator, while also being extremely personable and in tune with his clients' needs. He helped me sell about as unusual a residential property as I've ever encountered, and he was able to do so quickly despite the property's difficulties. Not only that, but he accurately predicted exactly who our target buyers would be and how much we'd be able to get!

I'll be using Chris again, for weird and "normal" properties alike!
