One of the best Buckles to shop at! Friendly staff doesn’t matter if I show up in sweat pants or dolled up. They are always friendly, awesome and take the time to find me exactly what I am looking for.

My wife and daughter were treated with exceptional care. From clothing and accessories, to engaging conversation, their trip was amazing. A bit pricey, but the quality of products make the difference here!

These guys were so helpful! It's been a while since I bought jeans and they did not shy away from helping out! So nice and always recommended sale items before full price.

I had the best experience today shopping with my 13 year old. I had 3 people helping me (I wish I could remember their names) 2 ladies and a young man. There were absolutely amazing, and made this shopping trip stress free. Thank you!

My last experience was great with this location. Been there a few times in last few months. Katie the manager . . Super helpful. And the last two gals great! Had to exchange a pair of jeans that we special ordered cause pockets were sewn off bias on one side. Very nice Rochelle helped me and. . Sent me to village pointe to get the only pair to exchange as online was sold out.
Village pointe. .Kaitlyn was very nice and helpful. However the manager or little blonde was extremely rude . . And arguementive trying to say they weren't off.
She had horrible customer skills . . And should not be in that position.

I've always had great customer service here. The young girls that work here in particular are very attentive and work really hard to help you find what you are looking for. Cute styles. There's a style of Jean that is guaranteed to fit you well here.

Last night, 8/15/2020 my two daughters and I were looking for some school clothes to start my daughter’s senior year. We ended staying for 4.5 hours and purchased her entire senior photo outfit line up last night from the The Buckle at Oakview Mall. She is having her senior photos done at our family lake in September. We have been struggling all summer looking for outfits. The store and it’s staff was truly a blessing. We have never purchased anything from the Buckle...ever.

Mal was my daughter’s main stylist, but Kenzie and Kyla stepped in and not only gave my senior daughter amazing pieces to try on (which made her looking stunning), but their compassion was through the roof. I, as a woman have never witnessed such a historic act of goodness in the clothing retail world. Especially with how young these ladies were?? It’s usually such a chaotic mess and stressful! Not here! Not last night! Simply perfection. They all were honest, kind and knowledgeable! They all worked as a team and were brilliant!

We ended up purchasing 6-7 outfits with shoes and accessories. I can’t say enough about these ladies. My oldest had a smile on her face that lit up the room with immense joy and happiness. And all the outfits plus the empathy of these young ladies just made it even brighter! These ladies were attentive and kindhearted throughout the whole process.

As mentioned, I had my soon to be 5th grader with us as well, as this was not a planned stop. The entire staff was also so brilliantly kind to her, it blew me away. They engaged my daughter and even showed her several outfits as well, which we purchased.

The cleanliness of the store was impeccable. The fitting rooms were cleaned out every time someone tried on something. Social distancing was in place and masks were worn. The high level of professionalism and concern for others blew me out of the water. Especially, during these unprecedented times. They didn’t stray once.

A simple, unplanned and quick stop (complete fluke) turned into a soon to be lifetime memory for our family, as her senior pictures will be treasured forever. We will always remember that day in August of 2020; shopping for senior outfits and The Oakview Mall location made miracles happen and lasting memories forever!

I love the Buckle. The staff is always ready to help....since I have a 35 1/2" inseam, this is the only place that has jeans long enough for me. If they don't have them in the store, the will order for me!

I called before I came to the store to check on stock of a specific item. Mikayla was helpful over the phone. In the store David helped me out. I was very pleased with his help. Thanks guys
