Lutz Cuts Meat Processing

We purchased a 1/4 cow in May and have been extremely pleased that we did so. The steaks all cuts have been excellent and taste wonderful. Extremely lean hamburger not even having to drain after browning and wonderful roasts. I have already recommended them to several friends and family s all that have eaten with us have been impressed.

We most certainly will be purchasing from them again and have the bonus add of supporting one of our local farmers

Been buying my beef at lutz cuts for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience. Sad to hear Leo has decided to retire, but he deserves it. Surely he will be missed. Hope the next owner shows the same expertise and quality workmanship that leo and his crew has.

Our family purchased half a cow from Leo and were not disappointed! The price was more than fair, and the quantity was plentiful! The second day with our beef, we grilled some t-bones. With light salt and pepper, the flavor from these steaks were phenomenal!! I swear, the steaks were as tender as the baked potatoes!

Leo was awesome when I was buying meat (I was clueless). And the meat is AMAZING. We are ruined from buying store bought meat ever again! I bought store bought steak in a rush last week and it doesn't even compare to the delicious beef we have in the freezer. Will be back again and again.
