Wendy's

Just moved here, and I honestly forgot how good HOT Wendy's was. The food was fresh and hot and the drive through people were nice and quick. Can't ask for better.

Amazing evening/night crew tonight at Wendy's. I have to admit the past few times I have been there my order was made wrong, the food was cold, or I was missing something..sometimes all of the above....But tonight, the crew was spot on. They were friendly, fast and professional. My food was fresh. The inside was very clean as well. I just wish it was always like this there.

I love wendys and so do my kids. I practically know most of the worker Ms. Crystal is wonderful and very respectful. I just love the night crew keep up the good work and don’t get discouraged!!

Good food. Service is always extremely slow and the menu board is never lit up, hmmm, strange. The person taking our order was very rude - Terrible service. Not sure why, seems like they just didn't want to be there to work.
5 stars go to the food, not the employees.

While, I did have to wait a little extra time in line this trip. It was explained to me they were short handed and let me know it would take a bit longer than usual.

My food was FRESH hot and perfectly prepared. The extra time in line wasd worth it for the quality of food I received.

Good food. Great service. And the one worker made sure my boyfriend got his debit card before driving off.

The young man working the register today made my day! I am 5 months pregnant and I was having a rough day. He made my day with his Supreme customer service!

The frosty's there are in Chocolate (which are the best and the original) but they also have vanilla ones too.. The soda machine in the dining area has all assorted kinds to choose from! Employees are friendly and have smiles on their faces when the customers make their orders..

Got a frosty. Took 15 min. To get it. Water on floor bucket and mop in the middle, nobody around. Poor poor management or workers.

Even though they are short staffed Wendy's on State st has always surpassed my expectations. They're always friendly! Keep up the great work guys!

My fries for once piping hot. The two for $5.00 good deal. Drive thru was packed yet 10 min and burgers were so tasty!

Was there today (06/26/17) at 11:15PM, and the drive thru person's name on my receipt is Diamond.They went above and beyond when there was a problem on my end of ordering, I'm really thankful. Extremely excellent service.

The service was fast and friendly. The food was great! If you're up for fast food lunch in Jackson, this is a great option.

They finally opened the eating are after COVID shut down. It was great, not many people inside. The food was great as always.

This is my favorite Wendy's. The staff are always friendly. Drive thru goes quickly even when busy. The food tho, the food is always hot and fresh.

Food is always nice and hot.Cashier was nice.Only draw back is the line in drive thru is no less than 10 cars at a time.Which is understandable due to covid.
