Went to help my granddaughter get a couch. Found a great buy on a beautiful sectional with chase loungers on both sides. great deal, great delivery, very professional. We worked with a gal named Michelle, she was a great help to us. helped me figure out if the couch would even fit and it did, we love it, and will be back when needing more furniture.

We spend WAY too much here but it is absolutely worth every penny! Classy, comfortable, design friendly pieces that define or blend a room. Possibilities are truly endless. The only thing stopping you is your imagination. Linda, Scott, and the rest of the staff are top shelf helpful. Their kindness and attention to detail are unsurpassed. I will shop here for everything vs going to Seattle anyday.

Very helpful nice staff. We already knew what we wanted after looking online and picking our item. We browsed the showroom quickly and saw more items we will get later. Then talked to an associate and gave him the information on the item we wanted, it had to be ordered so we gave him our personal information and a small downpayment. He will call when it arrives so we can pick it up. They will deliver for a small charge.
It was a very good experience with no high pressure salesmen breathing down our neck.

One of the best sales experience I've had. Dan- our sales guy- was very knowledgeable yet humble enough to admit what he didn't know, and was willing and able to find the answers. No pressure, no rush, very friendly. The furniture selection was amazing. It was so nice to have someone with us the whole time because furniture (we were looking at sofas) does so much more than what is just in the show room, and we had no idea!

Carolyn helped me find my dream chair. It is a power recliner. The controls are by the right cup holder. There are one in each arm. They are lighted. And there is a secondary light under the cups that go on or off so you can find the holders without turning on the lights and disturbing others.

The recliner gives you so many options. It has a moving head rest that makes the recliner like a regular chair with your feet up or like a regular recliner to lay all of the way down. It is firm and comfortable. Not mushy.

It is a dark brown microfiber. Very attractive and looks expensive.

They had a great selection. And the prices are right. The delivery guys were quick and careful.

I am planning on going again to find a recliner or chair for my bedroom. It's a wonderful place to shop.

Incredible selection at both locations. Across the street from each other. Linda and Pamela were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pam printed information about the pieces we are interested in and gave us prices for both floor models and custom upholstery. Sale prices are very competitive. Large selection of custom fabrics. Would recommend visiting their stores when shopping for furniture.

Randy was super nice with helping my fiancé and I find a bed frame that was perfect for our wants and inside our price range! He was amazing through a very long financing process. We will definitely be coming back in the near future for more of our furniture needs ❤

I recently purchased a sofa from Furniture World. It was a great experience. Pam was very helpful in helping me find the right sofa and was not pushy at all. I felt the pricing was fair and delivery was fast (within a week) and they brought the sofa in the house, assembled, and removed packaging materials. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Impressive selection.. Great price on our selected furniture and easy to work with staff. When we picked it up they quickly wrapped the furniture with plastic and loaded our truck. Great service, we will definitely consider F.W. NW for future furniture choices!

Scott patiently escorted me through endless choices, answering my questions and helping me make selections. The store occupies 2 bldg; one of them is 4-stories. So many choices. But he listened when I told him what I needed and knew right where to find everything. Once I finally chose the pieces I wanted I discovered that I could select from a vast array of fabrics and my furniture would be custom-built. (In the USA). I'm delighted with the high quality, extraordinary service and very reasonable cost.

Great place to buy quality furniture. Went to Furniture World in the old Kaufman Scroggs building, and was greeted by a smiling and happy associate named Sunni. She was able to answer all of my questions and helped find exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm SO happy with my purchase. I'll be back soon. Highly recommend going and seeing Sunni when you need furniture.

We love Pam. We will be lifetime customers of hers. The store has great prices and work with you in every way possible. Dan is the manager, he's pretty great too. They are at the clearance store.

Went on the website and it looks like a great selection. I just moved here from California and left most of my larger furniture behind and need to replace it. I tried calling but they haven't answered. In curious about the Commercial for 101 days same as cash no credit needed. Im building my credit and need to find something just like what the Commercial sounded like. I make good money but need to establish myself has anyone taken them up on the 101 days same as cash with no credit?? It sounds great if I could just get someone to explain it and contact me back.

We went to Furniture World after visiting multiple store from Olympia to Aberdeen. Linda is the best!! We were feeling defeated after buying an expensive bed from a national sleep store that we ended up returning after the trail. We were at the end of our ropes until we found Linda. She listened and understood what we were wanting. We bought our bed on a Monday and we were sleeping on it by Wednesday. Took 4 weeks for the last place. Great buying experience from Linda and the rest at Furniture World! Thank you!!

This store has a large selection of recliners, sofas and chairs. Tables,lamps,beds. Furniture for every room in your house, most of the brands have a choice for you. Leather or cloth materials colors all kinds of fabrics great customer service with good prices. There furniture is great quality ,your investment in your comfort for your home is important for the staff and there very helpful and knowledgeable in letting you know all your options. Good place for people who are first time buying furniture and for people looking to replace their old furniture. Many styles are offered for any age of home from colonial to modern.I love to shop this store.

Purchase a lift chair from these people last June. the chair went out and because of my special needs and the length of time it would take to get the chair repaired they brought over not just only a loner but a better one, than the one I purchased, for me to use.
this is why it pays to shop local. I could not ask for a better customer service from a business
