Really great store. Customer service was awesome. So many options, it was a lot of fun. If you're a smoker/grilled you'll love all the grill gear. We bought a smoke tube, bloody mary mix, stuffed hamburger press. Could have bought more. Thanks to the guy that helped us. Very knowledgeable.

Fantastic service! I’ve never used a pellet grill in my life. So I asked every question I could think of, and they were so patient in answering. I bought a grill and after using it the first time the meat tasted much better than propane.
It gives me so much peace knowing I can go back to that store and get great advice

Neat BBQ supply store in Brainerd. Was in awhile back to pick up some seasoning I was looking to buy locally. Friendly staff, attentive to what I wanted. Huge selection of seasoning, supplies and very nice smokers.

Stopped in the Brainerd location for the first time. Justin was the guy that working, very pleasant guy, and helped me and the Wife find something new to try with our steaks. That man cannot be paid enough! He knows what he's talking about, willing to help us with whatever cooking restrictions we had (yay apartment living and restrictions on grills). Took a chuck steak, marinated with Tatonka seasoning and Bloom sauce and Marinade, made it so tender and AMAZING! I would give this place and Justin 10 stars of I could!

Had a great purchase experience with Allen. He explained each grill thoroughly which made the decision making process seamless. He was very knowledgeable about all products and wasn’t a pushy salesperson. The customer service was excellent!

What an amazing store for all your grilling needs. And honestly there's seasonings for everything not only for grilling and smoking. If your not sure what you need that's okay ask one of the nice staff, they always are willing to help out when I'm just not sure what seasoning would go best with what I'm making. I love the sugar free BBQ sauce also.

I’ve purchased a smoker for my husband, a flat top for my dad, and countless seasonings and accessories from the Smokestack BBQ Supply Store. Every time I’m in there the staff is extremely helpful and always has great recommendations! I love being able to shop small when purchasing these things instead of going to a big box store. Highly recommend stopping in and giving a new seasoning a try!

I walked in and was overwhelmed at first. So much product to choose from. I didn't know where to begin. I was then greeted by a guy named Cory. I told him what I was doing and he helped me from start to finish with getting what I needed! It was so nice being helped cause I didnt know where to begin! Store was clean and had friendly staff. If you're into barbecuing and smoking meat this is the place to get all your rubs, sauces, utensils and wood chips. Very impressive first visit!

Tons of spices and rubs that you can sample. They gave samples of pulled pork and some of their bbq sauces. The staff was very helpful also.
