Riley Upper Elementary School

I am a six grader at riley this is my second year at riley I love it.There are Onley two flaws 1. There is not six grade camp. 2. There are not a lot of field trips. There are so many good qualities though 1.there is this thing called battle of the books and is is fun. 2. They have nice teaches an outstanding principal. 3. There are after school activities like girls on the run 4. They have music concerts that are fantastic 5.they have good and healthy food choices 6.they have a big selection of books in the library 7. The school is clean 8. the playground equipment is ship shape and really fun to play with 9. They have school store 10. They have fun creative artwork made by students splattered around the school. This is a amazing school they are CREATIVE and FUN

The teachers are so nice. Ms.Carey and Mr.Fairbrother are the best though. Im in 7th grade now and I had great experience's there. I met my my best friends there, Fairbrother had tons of hands on fun projects that I still have to this day. Ms.Carey and us students had a protest. STALL THE WALL!!! We lost though. 😋

My daughter attended Upper Elementary here. They show a true love for your child and learning. Great communications. Great kids. Great community.

this place has good foundational life learning skills and lesons. However, it is also anoying and about half of the staff are going to drive kids insane, and they wonder why they misbehave. furthermore, the school is right next to a neighbourhood. the kids on the bus tease about the kids who live there. their are some reasinable dresscode rules, and unnecessarly stupid dress code rules as well. THE SCHOOL IS VERY SEXIST WHEN IT COMES TO DRESS CODES! I liked most of the teachers i met, and they will eather make your kid love school or want to not go to school. i know a handful of kids that went there and dont even plan on going to collidge only because the teachers were mean. shout out to the music teachers and all of the sixth grade teachers for being frickin awesome! and mrs.T
