Frandsen Bank & Trust

This branch doesn't seem to want business or provide services that they list they provide. They are listed on the state's website as having 6 notary publics. The gal I talked to on the phone said the one person that was in that day can't notarize legal documents. That's the whole point of a notary public! LOL. I asked about the other five people and the gal on the phone said everyone was out that week. I asked about next week. She ignored my questions and told me the lawyer down the street notarizes and tried to get off the phone as quickly as possible. If this is how they treat people, I would hate to bank there.
