OMG Nails & Spa

I highly recommend OMG nails. Their customer service is always so wonderful and friendly. Tina is often doing my nails and she is extremely kind and happy. Tina always does a fantastic job on my nails and she gives the best neck massages when you ask for it (a little extra $, but so worth it!) We are truly lucky to have such a great nail salon in Big Rapids! They take their work seriously and professionally!

Ava and Sarah are top notch when it comes to manicure and pedicures! They are gentle, take their time, always want to ensure their customers are happy, and continuously deliver the best quality!! Highly recommend this very clean nail salon! I’ve been a customer that goes every 3 weeks since they opened and can’t speak highly enough!

OMG! The ladies are awesome! My nails are always fabulous! Reasonably priced! I drive an hour to have these ladies work their magic on my hands and feet!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I had Hannah as my tech, and she was amazing! Professional, precise and perfect!! My sister had Tracey and wow! She said it was the best tech she's ever had and her nails look stunning! Both techs were painless and detail oriented and overall just great!

I love coming to OMG! I usually see Tina and get the dip, decided on acrylic today and she did a fabulous job! Definitely would recommend.

I came in for a mani/pedi last week for my wedding and had a great experience! I worked with Sarah and she helped me figure out what techniques would work for my nails and give the appearance closest to my inspiration pictures. They turned out so beautiful! The salon is very clean, staff is friendly, and the environment is relaxing. I would absolutely go again!

They did amazing, she hid my finger that got smashed in a car door and you can’t tell what one it is. My complaint is she could work on her letters and the shape looks just a little wonky

I had an awesome experience at Omg Nails!! I called around 5pm and scheduled an appointment for 6pm. I ended up staying late at work and I waited til the last minute to get ready for my trip to Florida so I was desperate to get in. I felt bad because I needed a dip manicure, a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and they close at 7pm! That’s a lot to fit in to an hour. When I got there, they started taking my old nail color off and then they moved me to the pedicure chairs. While one lady was working on my toes, another lady came over and started working on my nails. When my toes were done, they carefully moved me to a nail station where they completed my nails. My French manicure turned out great and my toenails couldn’t look better!! At the end while my nails were drying, they took me back to wax my eyebrows. They finished everything by 7:05!! I was the last person in there but everyone was so friendly and accommodating!!! I love this place!!!

I went in with no clue on what I wanted and everyone was beyond helpful with picking out a design for Valentine's that could cover a bruise from over a month ago at work. They succeeded, and I love them! I had 2 ladies assist me and the hand massage at the end always feels amazing 😍🥰

Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

Love it here! Professional, on time, friendly & serene environment 💕 one of my favorite places to come. I regularly get acrylics done but the pedicures are amazing too!
