The store manager here is so nice! She gave me the perfect recommendation for the color I was trying to achieve. She's always so welcoming and remembers who I am. If you have any questions about hair color, the women here will not upsell just for profit; they tell you what you can and can't achieve with your hair color level. And even with expierience, it's always nice to be able to trust someone's second opnion

It's been over 7 years since I've been here since i stopped coloring my hair but have recently started back up and that means a trip to sally's for products! The girl working was seriously fabulous!! Great knowledge and service she recommended several amazing products and I of course purchased all of then! Will definitely be back to this location based on the service received alone!
