Very happy with Shuberg Insurance Agency. I have full glass coverage. Called Gail about getting my windshield replaced. I had no idea who to contact or what to do next. She handled everything. I couldn't believe it, my windshield was replaced the next day!

Red haired secretary with glasses was so snappy with my roommate and I that we weren’t even able to be helped. She was rude and seemed very uneasy about doing her job. I am very disappointed and will be sure not to go back.
