I really enjoy getting my nails done here. I've been going for years. Staff has always been very friendly to me and I'm always happy with my nails. Only little gripe is any time I've walked in without a scheduled appointment I'm usually in a chair waiting for at least an hour for my turn. This can be fixed by simply making an appointment but I usually get my nails done on a whim and just walk in. Just be prepared for a little wait if you do walk in.

It was great. Tommy did a great job. I love them, I went to the store right after I was done and I got 4 compliments right away awesome job Tommy.

After a few months of getting my nails dipped at a different salon, I tried Lily's because the nails never held up and I was having to get them done every two weeks. I am so impressed with my nails from Lily's. Two and a half weeks and they are still going strong. The staff was very kind and professional. I will definitely be returning for all of my future manicure and pedicures!! Thank you Lily's nails & Spa!!

Been going here for almost four years and I wouldn't try anywhere else; I LOVE the crew here!!! I wish my daughter and I took pics of our Halloween nails 😯🥰 I personally choose Amy if there's an option, only because she designs the way I enjoy most, but they all do a wonderful job and ALWAYS provide a positive friendly environment. Prices are average, quality and environment are well above!

The staff is friendly and inviting. I have never been disappointed with my nails. They do a wonderful job. Since moving to Big Rapids 2 years ago, I have become a loyal customer. I always recommend them to everyone.

Every time I go in, I walk our with gorgeous nails!! This is the only nail salon that I leave without severe nail and finger pain. They are so gentle that I can get my nails done every two weeks.

I had a lst minute fill and they got me right in and got it done for me very professional and clean. The nail tech was so friendly and just a great experience all around

They are super nice they avoid cuts if you bite your nails they will deal with it if you wanna change the color i love them!
