Patrick, the pharmacist at Big Rapids Walgreens was amazing. We were told by a pharmacy staff member that they didn’t have a medication and would have to order it and it wouldn’t be in for 2 days. Patrick said they did have it and went to the shelf in the pharmacy department and brought it out to us. We were so thankful he knew they had it and brought it to us. He’s the best. ❤

I just spoke with Tricia concerning photo development. She was such a pleasant and helpful employee. Bravo to this Walgreens for hiring her!

Great people work here. Always a pleasant experience. Pharmacy team is awesome, even that lady Autumn. She is always on the ball and a great person to talk to.

Kenzie was extremely helpful. I had a personally frustrating situation that seemed to just keep getting worse, but Kenzie helped relieve an enormous amount of stress and irritation with her help. I am extremely thankful.

The male pharmacist ( present on June 4 2017 Sunday ) working at Walgreens is extremely rude . I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt & chalk it up to having bad day ...however this is not the case with me. He has been rude & short with me several times. I don't know if others experience the male pharmacist rude behavior or does he have it out for me. It's good thing I don't have questions about prescriptions... cuz I would be shakin in my shoes if I needed help from him .
The remaining staff & female pharmacist are extremely helpful & friendly .

Good luck!

Since moving to the area, I’ve had nothing but challenges with the pharmacy. I would submit my refill order through the app and schedule my pickup a few days out to allow for time to get it prepared. However, when I arrive for pick sometimes the are ready & sometimes not. As mentioned, some staff members are quite rude although there are some friendly ones, too.

Transferred everything to a different pharmacy and don’t plan to step foot in this location again.

The days of high-integrity and helpful service are gone (at least at this particular pharmacy). It’s disappointing as I never had this many challenges with the Walgreens I used in Iowa.

The Pharmacy Manager was rude and unprofessional.

I made several appointments throughout the day at the pharmacist. One employee was helping me and said they could do multiple appointments at once. The manager came by and decided she was going to help me instead. Her attitude and tone made it crystal clear that I was an inconvenience. She also let me know they were busy (although there was no one else behind me in line) and they couldn't combine appointments (even though the original employeesaid they could).

As a business owner who focuses on hospitality and interacting with customers, I would be out of business if I treated my customers the way she did. If they were busy and couldn't assist me at that time, I'm alright with that. However, the condescending tone and manner was unprofessional and has no place in the workforce.

I will NEVER shop at that Walgreens/Pharmacy again. I truly feel sorry for the original employee who was assisting me. Please be advised that I will tell everyone I know to stop shopping there as well.

You know what isn’t right? Doordashers receiving a delivery of a prescription for someone in STANWOOD a 23 mile round trip order for $3.30! So because Walgreens chooses to offer delivery of prescriptions to people in other towns, doordashers don’t deserve to be paid even the equivalent to a gallon of gas for a 23 mile delivery? It’s not right on the part of Walgreens or the entitled customer not tipping. No doordashers should EVER have to pay out of THEIR POCKETS to deliver anything especially for a company like Walgreens that has huge profits.

The male pharmacist (dark brown hair, has it spiked up) is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. There have been several issues with my prescription when picking it up and every single time he is always very rude, never offers to help, and has no compassion at all, in which case he picked the wrong profession. Also when I was pregnant he proceeded to be rude and judge mental about the side effects my depression COULD have on babies, which I was already aware of since I have a doctor that obviously helped me make the decision. It was not at all his place to assert his opinion and and make me feel bad for taking medication that I need for mine as well as the well being of my child. And my baby was born healthy, and happy as ever. I would never ever recommend this pharmacy and have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have never dealt with someone so rude in the medical profession. I am now switching to the Meijer pharmacy and will not return to Walgreens.

Some of the worst pharmacists I've ever had to deal with. I mean, I know they're young dumb college kids, but wow...can't even put the right meds in the right bottles. For anyone else, that mistake could have been fatal
