Great sales team that is knowledgeable about their vehicles. After researching a few different models and brands, I decided to stop in and check out a new Jetta.
Most of the other dealers I had went to would try and pressure you into buying a vehicle, or try and push you into a higher trim.
Vyletel listened and did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle or upsell any dealer add one. I was able to purchase below MSRP and also got a good interest rate.
I have purchased new vehicles at other dealerships, but this was my first foreign new vehicle purchase, and by far the easiest. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. While I haven’t purchased or leased a car from them, I do get my scheduled maintenance done at Vyletel VW. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and the service department staff members provide a warm welcome and are all extremely professional and trustworthy. The lobby is very comfortable, and the wait times are reasonable. The service techs always do a wonderful job with my car. I have been a customer for two years and will continue to be. I wish them all the best.

Mike Frank showed interest on getting this deal done by following up when told me he was going to follow up. He was direct, honest, and he clearly understood the products he was offering for my family to make am informed decision. I initially had in mind to buy the crossport, but when Mike asked me about my needs and what i had in mind i was able to change my decision and choose correctly. Mike was very respectful, i never felt any pressure from to make the decision, that makes me feel i am with things right.
