I was in need of a 26’ U-Haul truck for a move out of state, I found the Dam Toy Store as a pickup location for the truck. Julie helped me through the stress of moving and the confusing uhaul rental process. This store is THE place to get a U-Haul, but don’t pass up their other services! Inside the store is full of all of your north Michigan recreational boating, summer, and moving needs!
The U-Haul truck we rented from here was completely brand new and a dream to drive. Julie has the best customer service around!

I was on the Muskegon River with my boat. Thank God I was at the dock when my battery died.
Put it on the trailer and went to the Dam Toy Store on the recommendation of the park ranger. The customer service and super friendly people there sold me and installed a new battery. Back to the dock and launched. Then I had a collapsed fuel line. We limped back to the dock.
Hauled it back to the Dam Toy Store Marina in Roger's heights. These wonderful people dropped what they were doing and diagnosed my problem and replaced my fuel line.
I've never been treated as well as they treated me, saving the day for us, so we didn't have to go back to Grand Rapids with a broke down boat.
PLEASE. IF YOU NEED ANY BOAT SERVICE, PLEASE CONSIDER USING DAM TOY STORE!
You won't regret it.

Very friendly and great prices on boats. They were very welcome to answer any questions. They also have some fishing gear if you need to quick grab lines or hooks!
