Papa Johns Pizza

We wanted some pizza and the online was not working for us. We walked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped us place an order and even though they were busy, we still got our food pretty quickly!
I would order here again when on this side of town because of the treatment tonight. Thank you!

My go to for my family when wanting pizza for dinner. I have ordered here a numerous amount of times and have had issues only a few times. If I take the time to call the manager at the store they always take care of the issue for me.

I ordered lunch a few days ago and was impressed with the speed and quality of the food! Within 10 minutes, my pizza was ready for pickup. The staff member was pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious! I intend to revisit this store in the future.

Our delivery was late but they called to tell us that the ovens were on the fritz. They were so sweet and kind about it and the driver was so nice and apologized over and over. Things happen!
I'm super happy with how they handled the situation and how polite they were. I love Papa John's and will keep ordering from them!

The Manager named Ally at the Papa John's off Stadium Drive in Kalamazoo, Michigan is awesome. She is professional and kind whenever there's an issue with my order. Keep up the good work Boo lol.

Papa John's really is just quality pizza. The toppings go under the cheese, the dough is delicious and they just came out with their new stuffed crust. They are a little more expensive than the rest usually but it's always worth it.

My order was made quickly and the service for curbside pickup was great. I am never disappointed with the flavor or quality of pizza I get from Papa John's. Keep up the great work! :)

Ordered a pizza from Stadium Drive location and price was little high so called back for deals and owner SAM was so kind to give us half off to make the deal sweeter! Thank you Sam! You were awesome! Great customer service!

They seem to have all new people in here with great attitude’s! Very friendly staff especially a worker named Destiny! The food was good as she trained another employee as well and took calls even and was still a very sweet person and made sure thing was right!

Their meat lovers pizza is the best, they have no problems finding my dorm, and usually give you a discount if you ask if there are any available. They even call when their close so you can get to the lobby to meet them. Nice job, keep up the good work.

Staff is great here, but don't call in to order. It goes through a call center and the people who take the calls are not professional and screwed up my order. Go in, and order in person. You will have a great experience.

You want a a great pizza, than Papa John's is your place. Order the Double Cheese Burger Pizza but make sure you tell them to add onion's. It's one great pizza guaranteed!

Can't lie, I come in and see only 1 person working and he's busting his palms, all by himself, orders pouring in. Great job well done, need more people like this in the workforce

They didn't have been for my dBm cheeseburger pizza so I got the meatball pizza. A little spicy but good

Cheese bread is the best. I like the garlic dipping sauce for pizza and breadsticks.

Awesome workers. Heard about great Black Friday offers very friendly and pizza was tasty as usual.
