Round Bread Sandwich Company

I have been there a couple of times now and both times my sandwich was excellent. I get the #12 on a pickle. It is a fantastic sandwich and for those of us who cant have bread, having it on a pickle is an awesome option. The staff is always upbeat with great personalities. They are always smiling and make the food fast. I highly recommend trying them and I will be back.

Came across this place quite a while ago and have been impressed every time I go in. They have great local sweet treats and something different to try on the menu. It never gets old. The bread is OUTSTANDING and the staff is always so kind and personable. My only request, please bring back the homemade coleslaw recipe!!! I would drive 25 minutes just for the coleslaw!

So, I had the chance to eat here for lunch a few weeks ago and I hope I get to come here for lunch again! The food was delicious especially the Sandwich I got which was a #12 I believe without the tomatoes. My sandwich was delicious and I especially liked the round small peanut butter cookies I got as well and all and all the service was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this new sandwich place to anyone looking for a place to eat

Went here last night, the food was absolutely delicious. The half sandwiches are huge and reasonably priced. The person at the register was super friendly, and the restaurant is cute and rustic. My new favorite sandwich spot, others dont even come close to this quality. Cant wait for my next visit.

Delicious, unique sandwiches packed with flavor. Enjoyed the #1, and a 1/2 order was plenty - in fact I ate a quarter one day, and a quarter the next day (it kept very well in the fridge!). The soups are also very tasty, I tried both the tomato and mushroom varieties and both were flavorful. Staff is friendly and though the restaurant was busy when we visited, we did not wait long for our food. Will be back!

I heard many, many great things about round bread so I thought I'd try it. Cold cut sandwiches aren't usually my go-to, so I had low expectations. I was blown a away. I'm hooked now. It starts with the bread, which has some sort of magic seasoning that make it addicting. I might pay full price just for that bread alone! From there the toppings- meats, cheeses, veggies, sauces- all taste fresh and are piled high. The final creation is literally the size of your face and can easily feed two people or last multiple meals- though it's hard to stop eating because it's so good! Everyone who likes sandwiches needs to try this place.

We have been have been hearing about round bread for a while now and we decided to finally try it out and I am so glad we did! The staff was very kind, which was greatly appreciated and the sandwiches were very yummy! When I received my sandwich I was a little skeptical at first since it really didn't remind me of other sandwiches franchises like Subway and Jimmy Johns who I usually associate with sandwiches but the first bite was delicious (& WAY better than Subway or Jimmy Johns). In my opinion, the bread and sauce were the most standout parts of my meal! An individual 1/2 sized sandwich at first glance is a little more expensive compared to a subway or a JJ but the portion justifies the price. A half sized sandwich is basically 2 tasty meals! Would recommend!

As a small side note the cookies they sell there are also very tasty!

Possibly the best sandwich I have ever had. I was visiting Kalamazoo from out of town and had heard good things about this brand new sandwich shop. I ordered a #1 (Turkey, bacon, aioli sauce) and although it was a little busy I got it pretty quickly. Staff was friendly.

The sandwich was humungous. I'm a big eater and needed to take a break in between halves. The bread was perfect -- not too hard and very tasty. The sandwich was loaded and reminded me of what I would expect to get from a leading sandwich shop in San Francisco or New York. Kalamazoo/Portage is very lucky to have this place and I can't wait to come back when I visit next. TRY IT!!

Fantastic service, food, and speed.

The bread on those sandwiches is amazing, very crispy and super tasty. I eat here almost every week. Would be better if there was a soda fountain or something, but the food is fantastic without it.

I cannot give enough stars to this sandwich shop. I have been here many times and am blown away by every time at the quality of food they serve. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. Staff is always so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a good, fresh sandwich, choose round bread!

Wow. My partner and I visited the Portage location on a whim and we're so glad we did. First of all, the sandwiches are HUGE, and they are delicious. Their bread kind of reminds me of Schlotzsky's but better - soft, chewy, and tasty! They are all PILED with stuff - Turkey, bacon, veggies, you name it.

If you need dinner and lunch for a day or are just REALLY hungry, get a full. If you only need one meal, get the half. Oh yeah, and the Cole Slaw is TO DIE FOR.

These guys could make a big splash in the sandwich game.

They make a damn good sandwich. We had the egg salad (#15) and the turkey bacon & egg (#5) and both were fantastic. The sandwiches are on focaccia bread, so they can be a bit messy. The ingredients taste super fresh and the sandwiches are huge. Start off with a half, no human can eat a full one. Highly recommend checking it out!

Great new sandwich place in the area. Delicious offerings, huge portions. Sort of wish there was as quarter sandwich option! We've visited three times since they've opened and they have been increasingly busy. Great to see a new business doing well during these strange times!

What a great place, I stumbled upon it after gassing up at a Sam's club. Not a lot of signage, but incredibly good sandwich, made right in front of you, fresh ingredients, great blend of ingredients, can't recommend it enough. If you're ever in the Kalamazoo area definitely worth looking for.

We got carry out and tried the number 1, 2, 4, and 6. None of them disappointed. The most incredible sandwich I've ever eaten! From the moist thin herb bread to the incredible blend of toppings, wow!

We tried this for lunch today and it 100% live up to the hype. The food was ready really fast and tasted amazing! Really unique sandwich options, and huge portions. A full sandwich could definitely be two meals!
