Awesome staff! We stopped at 5 pm on a Friday and we're greeted with smiles and great service. They even offered to stay late for us so we could run home and choose a color. When we got back the paint was mixed and waiting for us. The best service I've experienced in a long time! Thank you!

After trying to buy paint at Ace Hardware (just don't) and getting no help despite bringing the cans and with the codes still on them I gave up and went to an actual paint store, The guys at Benjamin Moore were awesome! They totally knew what they were doing and matched my paint quickly (using the codes that stymied the Ace guy). Ace lost a customer and Benjamin Moore just gained one.

The employee who helped me, Brendon, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I really appreciated his input and he quickly identified the best paint for my project. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Hands down best customer service. This is my go to store for all things paint. They are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

BEST customer service! I brought in a tiny old paint chip and KAREN, the manager was able to match the color and figure out the CORRECT SHEEN! It was a PERFECT MATCH! Every question I had was answered patiently. I felt no rush. Her attention to detail, knowledge and customer service were exceptional.

I've been painting the interior of my small 100 year old home with plaster wall; So, I went to my favorite paint store, Benjamin Moore - Paint Outlet, on Crooks, Rochester Hills location.

I always have a personalized service. They are attentive, listen to my questions and make comments and suggestions. I was overwhelmed trying to pick out colors for a whole house. I have nothing but high praise for these friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales people. Its hard to find that combination and quality in people and customer service nowadays.

"Rocking Rick" and "Kool Karen". They always make my visits easy and painless by helping me narrow down, the colors choices and which finishes I should use.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store is laid out well and products were easy to find. Staff member helped me locate a paint swatch quickly. Within minutes my paint was mixed, I found the painting supplies I'd need for my project and I was out the door! I'll be back.

Jesse was so resourceful and patient with me this morning. The woman who mixed the paint (I forgot her name) was also really friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about paint colors and after going home and looking at my sample boards throughout the day in different light, and now I feel 100% confident about my decision (nimbus gray for the win!).

I always get the best advice from this store. From staining to painting to color selection. Today was an incredible learning experience for me. KD showed me how to create a good line between wall and ceiling by using the right brush and technique. No taping. She showed me several times, let me try it, then let me video her demo for use at home. Amazing!

We are new to the store, but love it! The staff is courteous and helpful. We are attempting to find the perfect shades for several paint jobs, and they have been patient and accommodating with our requests. Highly recommend!

Talk about customer service they should win an award. Melvyn and Karen went above and beyond to figure the color I brought in. They were like mad scientist figuring out the formula. I really appreciated it. Will recommended this place to everyone. And the paint is excellent, too!

Today, Riley helped us on the phone and then when we came in helped my husband find the perfect color. She helped us find the right paint formula and was the reason for this five star.
Now, if our Benjamin Moore paint works as well as she did, we’ll be golden!

What a great education we received on everything from application to different dry times for different paints between coats . After the frustration of both Lowe’s and Home Depot’s incompetent employees , we walked into a breath of fresh air at the Benjamin Moore’s Rochester hills location . Karen the mgr is so knowledgeable , she spent a lot of time answering all of our questions , if you need help on a home project , she’s your girl .
And she’s cute fella’s .
