Nice experience with friendly people. Very helpful and didn't make a fuss about asking for sauces at the window which I greatly appreciate! Food is always great and fresh and the longest weight I've had is about 5 minutes. Highly recommended in the area !

The manager who was working on 5/18 @ 2:15pm was absolutely amazing. They had to make fresh chicken and offered a drink and snack free for the wait. I just wanna say thank you sir and keep up the great management. Donny you rock 🤘🏻 hope your week gets better

So I don't typically post reviews, however I want to say that we stopped here around 9:50PM. The food was fresh the staff was friendly and upbeat. We weee greeted immediately by a young man as we walked in the side door. Then we walked to the counter and Andy took our orders. Andy was friendly and upbeat (very nice after many hours in the car). The Chili Crisp Shrimp was good, the Orange Chicken was very good!! My wife had Mushroom Chicken which she said was very good. Andy chatted with us for a few moments when we finished. A great experience and a wonderful place to stop if you want Chinese.

This location is absolutely amazing. The manager, Donney deserves a raise. He always goes above and beyond his roll and doesn’t just sit back and let everyone else do the work. Always AMAZING service and the food is always fresh. Highly recommend this spot.

We have always loved panda express ❤ food was really good and customer service even better. We were in grand rapids for a doctor's appointment from big rapids and decided to stop by here. I would be cool if they could bring a franchise here to big rapids 😃

I came in to help a young man who was in a car accident and was worried about the manager knowing why he was late. Poor guy was hit by a stolen car, NOT his fault. Anyway Manger was great and when I said his new hire was in an accident he immediately was asking if he was OK and if he needed anything. He even came out to check on the young man.
We decided we were coming back for lunch because clearly they care about their employees so we want to support that, it didn't hurt that the place smelled amazing. Our food tasted great and the whole staff seems pretty friendly.

Jack and Dom are great and handsome guys. Food and service always great.

The people at this Panda Express are so nice. They exemplify superior customer service, especially when it’s so close to closing. I want to say thanks for the free goodies.

Regarding the food quality, I have been here about 100 times and the food has always been very good to excellent. I don't understand the negative comments about food quality.

This is my son's favorite restaurant! We have the orange chicken and half noodles an half rice plates!! Food is hot an fresh.

Pulled in to get some Beijing Beef they said they were out I was bummed since I didn't eat it in a few months but had a taste for it today however the lady who worked the window said let me double check with Kitchen sure they just made some I appreciate the great service and great food It was amazing 👏

I have never before eaten at Panda Express. We ordered on a whim. We have been missing Chinese buffet because of COVID (still being cautious for reasons). I ordered the family meal online. When I got there to pick it up they had to make a substitution for something because they were out of cabbage. No biggie. And we had to wait because they were making a fresh batch of orange chicken. The kid at the counter was super nice and apologetic and almost seemed surprised when I said no worries; things happen. He gave us a couple of free drinks while we waited.

The food was exactly what I expected. I didn't in any way expect to criticize them for authenticity; it was just like Chinese buffet food and that's what we wanted. Chicken covered in sugary goodness and fried rice.

But the service was excellent. Lately I've had a string of marginal service at places, but this kid was just pleasant to deal with. I will certainly eat there again.

Khayaliah (sorry if I spelled that wrong). Has a heart of gold. She treated each customer with care and professionalism. She also noticed our daughter wanted one of their promotional Panda stuffies. She purchased one and delivered it to my daughter and later my son as well. Very humbled and grateful for her compassion and kindness.

I go to the 28th Street location at least three times a week. Every time I've been there, I get treated like royalty. Collectively the young group of employees are all top-notch, and show nothing but respect. Ty and Alex and of course the ladies. Unfortunately, I do not remember everybody's name. I'm the guy in the red Honda with tinted windows. Panda Express You guys better Take good care of your staff, finding a crew like you have will be nearly impossible.

When I first ordered my food through the drive through it came to me all wrong. It's wasn't even half of what I ordered but I didn't check it before I left. I ended up calling the store and talked with the most wonderful manager ! Andrew was fantastic through the entire experience and totally sympathetic. I am so pleased with his professional customer service and how well he handled the situation !

Honey shrimp is my favorite. Eating space is very clean.
