The best Tim's location in West Michigan (yes, I've been to all of them). My Farmers Wraps are always hot, made correctly, and served in the cardboard sleeves like they're supposed to be. Drive-through line can get pretty long, but the wraps are worth the wait. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful way to start the day.

Even tho the drive through lane was long, it moves quickly! Always good food and service.

This location didn’t hear us this morning when we said we wanted iced coffee, pulled up to the window to let them know and we were told to park in the side to wait for our coffees. Not even parked and they were bringing it out, manager who brought it out was much more accommodating and sweet than the drive through person! Thank you for you’re excellent customer service and being so fast! Sorry to hear other customers had given you and you’re team such a hard time earlier in the day but you’re hard work is appreciated! Best coffee on the planet! Their breakfast sandwiches are fabulous and a pack of Tim bits is always the most! Great service always.

Great place to get your coffee fix or a quick bite to eat whether it's a donut or a yummy sandwich they have you covered! They are very fast and you won't have to wait long. The workers are friendly and are awesome enough to go out of their way to bring me my order outside! More on the pricier side but worth it 😋

Luv that Tim Hortons still have their dark roast coffee and blueberry muffins. I tried for the first time their avocados toast with eggs it was delicious.

This is the best Tim Hortons in Grand Rapids hands down. The people that work here are so nice and are really thorough. I would drive out if my way to get to this specific Tim Hortons because it’s just that good. Every other breakfast place I’ve been to this year has disappointed me, and I have learned that only Timmy can fill the void inside of me that craves breakfasty delights. Dunkin’ Donuts could never. I love you Tim.

Good location in front of Meijer on Plainfield. They have a big menu and good prices. They are quick getting your food out. Their food seems a little more fresh and quality than a lot of the other local fast food chains. They have a drive through at this location also. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

I really like Timmy's. I dated a Canadian back a decade ago and she had a damn good point about wanting Timmy's over Dunkin or Starbucks. This one is right on par. (Large black coffee)

I only gave 4 stars in food and atmosphere because it's drive-thru only and they don't make plain "old fashioned" Tim Bits anymore.😕

Went to the drive thru. clerk introduced themselves by name before giving me plenty of time to put my order together. when I have my two little girls in the car that can be difficult sometimes and and through each iteration and set of options patiently assisted and expedited situation. We needed stacks of napkins by the time we arrived at the window as quickly as they were requested it was delivered and the mess soaked up. Everybody here Tip-Top. Food delicious. coffee perfect.

A little too much cream in the coffee. The people there are always very welcoming. Especially Dan and his crew. They never miss giving my dog's a treat. Very friendly and they move you thru swiftly. The gang at the Plainfield store is so nice.

Their ham & Swiss on artisan roll is gourmet level fast food. Taste and texture are divine! (Timbits are pretty good too.)

I’ve come here multiple times, great prices, friendly staff, love it here. Today (the first time ever) something was forgotten on my order, I called back and the lady said if it weren’t for covid and being understaffed she would have personally delivered the missing item, out of all the restaurants I’ve gone to not one has offered to do this, AMAZING service.
