Great customer service. The dining set is nice quality at a reasonable price. Delivery staff was wonderful as well. This is not our first purchase from VanDrie’s. Three years ago, we purchased our livingroom furniture from the same location and were very pleased - which is why we returned. Received the same, good old fashioned customer service once again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but what I really love about shopping here is there is NO pressure from sales people. They allow you to take your time and decide without them standing over you. Benjamin helped us and let us browse and make decisions, being available when needed, but never pushy. We went in looking for bedroom furniture, which we found exactly what we wanted, and also ended up buying kitchen appliances because their prices were so competitive with the big box stores! Never even thought about looking for appliances at a "furniture " store but they have everything and the prices were so reasonable. I highly recommend you check them out for ALL your home furnishings AND appliances. We are so pleased to have found everything in one place and not having to pay multiple delivery fees!

We bought a dryer for my mother in law, and our salesman Ben was very helpful and professional. The young men who delivered it were equally helpful and pleasant. We've shopped at VanDries for years and have always been happy with our purchases and the cordial staff. Good prices, products and personnel. We'll be back.

Recently ordered a recliner chair and king mattress. The customer staff was professional and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. The furniture is very nice and not over priced. The delivery was excellent and the delivery staff were friendly and worked super hard to put the mattress upstairs. Thanks! I will shop at VanDrie again and would recommend them to others.

Ben and Hunter were very good sales people, no pushing or making you feel stupid, thats why I`ve always shopped here. Bought in Big Rapids and picked up inn Cadillac, nice day for a ride.

Everyone was outstanding very friendly not pushing at all. Fair price, mostly made in America., Were getting a new recliner.

Went there looking for a lift chair, had a large selection to pick from and found the one I wanted. Douglas was our sales person who was very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Meaning he let us look, sit, and use every chair there without hovering. Found prices to be very reasonable. Highly recommend and my wife was already eyeing a couch set that we will be getting from there in the future.

Went in looking to find a couch and Kelsey helped me look around from well informed inventory of current stock or delivery time for other products. Working with Kelsey wasn't like the typical salesperson who just points and vaguely let's you decide and figure it out nor was she the sales person who pushes big items. She was very personable and informative. She knew the products as well as the warranties, extras, and the benifits. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she went to get all the information for me to be able to read and make sure that I had everything I needed to make a purchase I was happy with. I am definitely recommending VanDrie and their amazing Sales Woman, Kelsey.

From the minute I entered the store and was greeted by Tara, Megan being so helpful on carpet color and styles, Rachel and Kelsey providing me with amazing ideas and options with their sales knowledge, and the manager Danielle making sure I was happy and satisfied. We are from Rockford. Recently we spent a few hours shopping in Grand Rapids for a leather recliner. No luck😩 All the recliners we saw were all power and not comfortable. My husband and I decided to drive up to Big Rapids to VanDrie’s Home Furnishings. They had a huge assortment of nice recliners. After a couple of visits we decided on 2 recliners. The entire experience was exceptional because of our sales gal, Rachel. She was very knowledgeable, patient and overall great! We for sure plan on doing business here again.

It was a great first buying a recliner , Mike took into consideration of what exactly I was looking for and what I needed to make my needs well met definitely will continue with vandrie and mike on future purchases
