Westlake Drug & Giftshop

Have been getting drugs and shots for over 30 yrs. Excellent service and always has the prescriptions needed. People are very kind and always treat me respectfully.

This is my favorite drug store. I am usually in and out in a few minutes. They are always well staffed and friendly, and their prices are good. It is super easy and quick for me to get a vaccination or a perscription. I have used their curbside option too. The only down side is that they close at 7:00 p.m. and they are not open on Sundays.

Westlake has been a great place for my in-laws. They always get their medication on time and if needed, westlake delivers. Kelly is awesome and my in-laws just love her. My wife loves the gift shop. The people there are great!

My family has been going to Westlake Drug since I was a kid since it was basically down the road from our house. There were other options around as well, but we always liked going there whenever possible. I have been around the country and finally moved back, and even though I live on the other side of Kalamazoo, I still drive the whole way back to get my prescriptions from Westlake Drug. The pharmacists will explain everything you need, and they will take as much time as needed to answer any questions. Plus, the ice cream during the summer is wonderful, and their gifts are always beautiful. I have never found such personal attention and care at other big-name pharmacies. Thank you, Westlake!

Everyone should have a hometown store and pharmacy like West Lake Drug. They have what you need most, unique gifts, ice cream! and the best pharmacy around with the friendliest people. I count on them for our medications and advise to help us get or stay healthy.

Westlake Drug and Giftshop is where I go to get Dickens Village collectables for my wife every year. Marsha is always a pleasure to work with and remembers which ones I have purchased in the past. The staff is ALWAYS professional and courteous.

Westlake drug is a great place to visit. The pharmacists and gift staff are very friendly and able to help with anything you need. The pharmacist take the time to review medications and make sure your questions are answered. A wonderful store.

Pharmacists are so helpful, patient. Offer bubble packing and keep up with med changes.

Been going here for years never any bs they have always had what I needed never had to wait or hear it’s on back order great place to visit. Also have a cool little ice cream parlor in the front of the store.

I marvel when I go in and watch how the pharmacy staff will come out and sit down with a customer and explain their medicines to them. They do not get this from their doctors.
