Gingrich Dental PC

I have a lot of trauma from dentists. I’ve been told out right, “I don’t care that your grandma died, you still should have been taking care of your teeth.” Never received numbing gel before shots as a kid. Got held down multiple times because I was crying from the pain and could feel everything they did. My orthodontist is a WHOLE other story. When I tell you that each person that works here actually cares and wants you to be comfortable, I mean it. They’ve been so kind with me and patient, and it has made such a huge difference in only 2 visits alone. There is no judgement here, just kindness. Huge kudos and all of the love for everyone here. If you have bad anxiety and have had bad experiences with dentists, PLEASE try to come into here. I promise it’s worth it and they will do everything they can to keep you calm and happy!

It’s great to see a smiling face on those who love their career! Everyone is so kind and professional, if only every business was run so smoothly and with actual care toward the customer. The facility is clean and inviting, the cleanings are quick and painless. They are able to schedule myself and both kids at once for appointments.And I loved their pumpkin carving entry this fall.
Every daughter, sister, mother and grandmother that works there is a treasure to our town!

I am a new patient at Gingrich Dental. This was my first visit for a cleaning. The staff was pleasant and the hygienist did a very thorough job. Dr. Gingrich was friendly and professional.

Very polite and able to get me in quick! I have a very busy schedule with working full time and two kids under 2 and they were able to get all my feelings done in one visit! Very appreciative and great service!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I needed a chipped filing repaired on my front tooth, they got me in and out within a half hour and my repair looks great! Thank you! 👍

Have been going here since I was little! Never had a problem or ever ran into a problem anyone couldn't fix. They even let me bring my baby since I didn't have a sitter! Would Definitely recommend to anyone.

Very short wait before being seen. Staff is super friendly and they can perform many operations in house without having to send you to another location. Like impressions for crowns, implants and dentures.

Although I’m usually in pain when I leave from not taking care of my teeth in the past and not having insurance. They are really great at taking care of you there. Wouldn’t go any where else

I called this morning with tooth/jaw pain. I received an appointment this afternoon. They called back and said I could be seen this morning. I went in where my problem was quickly diagnosed and treatment received. Very thankful!

They don't come any better than this Dentist Office. The best I have ever been to. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. They make you feel like part of the family.

I’ve been going to Gingrich Dental for a LONG time. They were recommended to me when I first arrived in Big Rapids a very long time ago. I’ve never regretted it and have only seen them in all that time. I guess that says that I’m quite happy with the service I get there. Everyone is friendly, not a grump in the bunch. I don’t mind going to the dentist. Not everyone can say that.
I appreciate all Dr. Margaret does for me, and her dad before her.

Brought my 3 year old in for his first appointment and Miss Loraine ( I believe it was) did an AMAZING job. She talked him through everything and answered all of his questions he asked about the cleaning. Definitely will keep this as our dentist :)

Well how fun could getting a filling or tooth pulled be, no matter where you go.
I can say I been going there since she was just a tiny kid and she watched her dad.
My husband went there since that location opened and to her grandpa at his location til it was moved there and her dad took over.
So she is third generation in family I know of and if beyond, further back no idea.
Seems more private than just a medical building type practice like I went to as a kid.
