Party City

I had a large order for 45 balloons. Party city had them delivered before the delivery time.

I walked in able to find the exact decorations I needed and luckily there were a lot of options in powder blue and silver. I was looking for balloon holders, and I wanted silver, but there were not 15 silver balloon holders available so I picked out iridescent.

Overall, the process was smooth. For delivery, Party City had to have the balloons be in two separate deliveries due to there being so many balloons. Also I requested the balloons to be there at 1:00 pm and they arrived at 12:20. I’m very pleased with such a large order and how the process was handled.

Claire is an absolute gem and made my shopping experience less stressful. Will definitely visit again for future party needs!

Party Time! They have it all. I love this store. I will return every year for my birthday & any other Celebrations.

The store manager, Ben, was amazing! He helped me with issues I had with an online order and made sure I was put through to corporate to get things fixed. We need more people like Ben working in customer service!

Josh has incredible energy, and he was so helpful!
Store has a few things out of stock, nothing I was in the store for, and I wasn't overly surprised since it's summer/party season.
Will definitely come again, as I WAS able to get what I needed.

Josh and Omar were very helpful and friendly. We actually had a lot of fun getting balloons which was unexpected! I enjoyed chatting with Josh as he beautifully arranged our balloons. Super cute bouquet. I know the recipient will be so surprised. I'm coming back soon to get balloons just to delight myself! Thanks!

I stopped there to pick up plates for a party we were having. Oh my goodness, the selection of party items. 🥳 We asked for help for a specific item. The young man was very helpful and took us right to the item. Very polite.
The shelves were stacked neatly and organized.
I will be sure to go there when I need party supplies again. The prices are reasonable too.

Had placed/purchased an order online for a few items, and when I arrived the power was out (4:30pm on 12/30), and two very kind ladies helped confirm/grab my order so I didn't have to come back tomorrow. I appreciated them going above and beyond for me!

I love ordering my balloons here for my sons birthday. They always have a great selection of balloons and they also have a great selections of decorations for all your party needs. So many theme selections which is great as well. The staff here is very friendly and helpful which is amazing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. (even while short staffed) They were quick to assist me in finding birthday themed supplies and inflated not only the 2 balloons I purchased in store, but for a small fee - also inflated 2 balloons I purchased elsewhere.

The girl who helped me was amazing I was kinda in a hurry and I think she could tell she's amazing my Dad's on his way home from the hospital and i wanted these to be there for him thank you so much

I wanted to give a shout out to Joshua. He was extra friendly and very helpful. The good customer service was much appreciated as it is hard to come by lately.

The store didn't have what I was looking for, per se. Clare was polite, helpful, and professional.

Very cool store. Had to get balloons for a birthday party, here's a tip, spend 50$ and they'll deliver!!! Talk about awesome. 6 dozen balloons delivered to my door, for like 65$. 😀😀🤙🤙

Ben is the best! I am disabled and making the trip in and out of the store seemed near impossible. Ben went above and beyond He selected a great assortment for a birthday and brought it out to our car. Great service and great selection!

The manager checked me out. Didn't catch his name, but he said he lived in Lansing. He ran and got a cheaper package of clips, and he made me laugh on a stressful day. Thank you for good customer service.

SO. MUCH. STUFF. Great place to go for party supplies (obviously) and costumes for Halloween. Love the varitey of everything, and the candy/treats organized by color! Can't wait for my 4 month old son's future birthdays so I can get themed party stuff here! Also love the balloon selection. 👍

Lots of options for balloons! Found just what I was looking for. Ben was helpful, courteous and great at multi- tasking!

I've only been to this party City a couple of times but I love it. There is something in there for every occasion. And the employees are very helpful and friendly. The store is organized and clean. I'll definitely go back !
