Dr. James Waterhouse DMD

Dr. James Waterhouse is an excellent dentist and a great professional.

They never answer their phones or call people back. I would say that they are purposefully avoiding me since I was getting a cleaning and I asked about a TINY chip on my front tooth to be fixed and was told (they deny this) that it would be free. So I had them do it under the impression it was free and they charged me for that and I had no idea it would cost anything as it took about 10 mins to do. They seem to put off the illusion that they care about their patients but one thing bad happens and they cease communications. They also told me that they try to “hand pick” their patients which is weird to begin with. They have never called me back since and did not even let me know I had a cleaning which they used to do when I first went there. They used to call the day before and say “hey you have a cleaning tomorrow please call back if you are still coming” basically I haven’t heard from them in months and I think I’ve left about 15 messages to reschedule as I was in San Diego at the time and missed it. I would recommend not going here if you can.

Pointed out a potential cavity to Dr. Waterhouse. Twice. Was told "it's just the shadow of your other tooth." Guess what? A year and a half later, massive cavity, part of my tooth falling out. So much for that "shadow." Find yourself another dentist who will actually take you seriously.
