Dirigo Physical Therapy & Performance

I've had 22 surgeries under my belt starting at 16. I am now 59. Bree was an absolute miracle worker. After two knee replacements she had me kneeling on the floor exercising. She taught me how to get up without a chair. My replacements were 15 years ago and no one ever has gotten me to this place before! I went to Dirigo for hip issues and it turned out that my back was the issue. Bree taught me lifelong core and back exercises that have left me stronger, confident and and able to do things that I thought I could never achieve again. I would highly recommend this establishment. It is a clean, personal and welcoming establishment.

I had been in pain for years. I could barely lift my leg, but I kept going to the gym thinking pain is normal....until it wasn't. I considered surgery for something in my back that wasn't necessary. Thankfully the caring and attentive staff of Dirigo PT stepped in to do a simple evaluation. Upon that evaluation Bree was able to determine I had nerve pain due to years of not recovering from pregnancy and giving birth. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and most importantly very good at healing people. I have always said physical therapist are miracle workers and she is just that. The one thing to remember is you have to put in the work to help yourself as well.

There is no better feeling than walking out feeling whole again because of someone like Bree. She makes it easy to schedule appointments, ask questions and put your faith. If you need any type of physical therapy Dirigo is the place to go.

In the past I have left Physical Therapy asking myself "why did I do this?" I felt like I was one of many in a very busy facility. Not so at Dirigo...from the moment I set up appointments I felt cared for. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 15!!! Bree gave me the inner courage and determination to do and continue my exercises at home. I give her an A+++++. I have and will continue to praise Dirigo. Thank you so much.

Bree and the crew at Dirigo are lovely. The space is super convenient as I go to the gym downstairs and Bree has helped me with a few issues I’ve had over the past couple years. Scheduling is always easy and Bree is so knowledgeable and hands on in her treatment style. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a PT.

Bree and Shannon at DPT are the best. I have been seeing Bree on and off for 4 years for everything from back pain and shoulder issues to postpartum recovery x2. They are both knowledgeable and professional and provide the best patient care. 10/10 recommend!

Bri at Dirigo Saco is the best physical therapist in Maine! I’ve had a lot of PT over the years but before Dirigo had never had full sessions of 1 on 1 PT that dealt with my body as a whole. If you’re not seeing Bri for PT you are missing out. She is truly the best!

Bree has been fantastic helping me recover from a shoulder injury. In just over a month I have gone from nearly constant pain and extremely limited mobility to full mobility and minor pain when lifting overhead. 10/10 would recommend working with them to anyone looking to recover or improve their athletic performance.

Bree and her team in Saco are simply the best. I went to see Bree after months of shoulder pain that was limiting my progress in my lifting. Bree worked with me to get me back to where I needed to be and I’m now pain free. Highly recommend Bree and her team at the Saco location!

Bree at the Saco clinic has helped me tremendously for several issues over the past few years. Her knowledge is impressive, and especially her patience and listening skills are reasons I continue going to her for care. She has helped me get to a point to be able to throw a ball again after surgery, and even later got me able to get on a plane after not being comfortable even sitting for a few minutes. Very skilled practitioner.

This team was, and still is, part of my recovery after a surgery. They are not only knowledgeable, but compassionate. I had PT with Shannon and recently had my first massage with Kim, which was incredible. I highly recommend! 🫶

BREE AT THE SACO CLINIC IS MY MIRACLE WORKER!!!!!! I came to Bree with a serious back problem and two arthritic hips and could barely walk. I thought for sure that I would need a spinal fusion or two hip replacements but with her constant encouragement that things will get better and her expertise, things are soooo much better. No fusion, no hip replacements, so much less pain and with the wonderful care of Bree and her wealth of knowledge it is all I needed .I am still a patient of Bree's at the Saco PT..When I first started with Bree, I could barely walk into her office and now I walk happily into her Saco office without pain. Bree is not only a healer but an educator. She has taught me about how my spine and hips work and how to protect them. She is patient and answers every question I have which is a lot:). If you are looking for an amazing physical therapist who is an absolute joy to be with, who has extensive knowledge how to heal you, who will NOT give up until you are better and works with you the entire hour, there is no better than Bree!!!! Bree treats the young and the old and this old person will always consider her as my MIRACLE WORKER!

What an amazing PT office. The Staff there including both Brianna & Shannon are incredibly helpful and super nice. Shannon was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in getting my shoulders and back fixed up so that I could return to CrossFit. I would recommend Dirigo PT in Saco to everyone.

Glass windows on a physical therapy place - how silly can you be? Put some curtains up! No one wants to see you stretching people out wide open on a massage table. If you aren't careful - fairly soon you are going to give someone an accidental show! What a strange practice. And while you're at it tell that noisy sister business of yours (Rising Tide CrossFit) to quiet down - slamming weights, blasting music, having your gym "members" (sheeple) run all over the complex like they own the garage and parking lot!! We have reports filed against Rising Tide and won't hesitate to file one against Dirigo Physical Therapy. And here's a tip - if you are in the business of stretching and sprawling people out on a table - put some curtains up!! Are you a physical therapy place or a peep show venue!? Figure it out!!
