Kate, my hygienist is awesome. So caring and thorough. Dr. Harwood's exam was also pleasant. The office is well-run. I rarely have to wait. Overall, an excellent place!

I hadn't seen a dentist in over 7 years and was so scared my mouth would be a wreck. From the minute I walked in the door here I was taken very good care of by everyone. All smiles and truly pleasant, helpful employees. I'm getting all my fillings taken care of, fairly quickly too! Doctor Harwood is absolutely fantastic. Very gentle and skilled with his hands. Highly recommend them!

This was my first visit with them and my experience was fantastic from making the appointment to having the procedure done. The receptionist was super friendly and made me feel like I knew her forever.
Hanna did my examination and X-rays and also made me feel very comfortable with her explanation of everything she was doing and her friendly conversation.
When it came time to meet Dr Howard he was also very friendly, very thorough with his explanation of my issues and asked several times if I had any questions or concerns which is very important to me.
I was also able to schedule another appointment that same day and have the procedure done which I thought was amazing.
This was the first time I ever needed a dental procedure to have a cavity filled and it was so easy. Dr Howard and his assistant were again fantastic with letting me know every step of the way what was going on and what to expect. I honestly can say they are fantastic and I will recommend them to everyone I know that needs dental work.

I had such a great experience at Biddeford Saco Dental Associates. I needed an emergency service and they went out of their way to fit me in their schedule. They were polite, kind, and upfront about any associated costs which were competitive. I would absolutely use Biddeford Saco Dental Associates as my dentist from now on.

Love Dr. Nelson excellent dentist and explains everything so well.
However, appointment desk failed me.
Had an aching tooth and waited almost two weeks for an appointment!
After explaining problem was a watch and wait crown. Also, I was leaving on a cruise,
Made no difference in the scheduling or accommodating me.
So now day before cruise I have to get a crown in. All could of been avoided.
Your office can do better on scheduling these kind of appointments in the future.

Let's be clear. People don't like to go to the dentist. With that being said, this is the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Smith and Rochelle are awesome. The are friendly, professional and informative. I felt at ease the first time I walked through the door and would highly recommend Biddeford Saco Dental Associates.

Dr. Nelson and Kim were a great team. I have previously had Alex as my hygienist and she is also amazing. All staff is friendly and attentive and the office is clean. Overall a great experience and I will continue to refer family and friends here!

BSDA is the best all around dental group I've ever experienced. Almost everything you need is covered by them from general dentistry to endodontic services and now they have orthodontic services! All the doctors are exceptionally skilled and genuinely caring and sincere to their patients. The rest of the staff are amazing too. The facility is new, modern, and well maintained. I simply can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Sanyu Gandhi Is amazing. From the minute you meet her you are at ease. She takes the time to explain the process every step of the way. Over the past 3-4 years she has created bridges and crowns that look incredible. She takes incredible pride in her work. Thank you Dr Gandhi.

This is such a great practice! A couple of years ago I had a minor emergency and they got me in. They were so good that I moved to this practice permanently.

This facility is absolute top notch! From scheduling and reception to clinical and check out. Very clean, super friendly, professional and welcoming. Thank you for your wonderful service and making visiting the dentist a pretty cool experience!

May I start with that I’ve not been to the dentist for over 13 years and frankly was terrified to my core to return because of a bad experience in the past and my anxiety issues. With all that said! From the moment I walked in the door until exiting the building I was greeted with smiles, compassion and professionalism. I really didn’t think I could get through the X-ray process but Rachelle kept me calm and supported me all the way, just a wonderful person and knows her job! Then I come to find out I need 2 fillings.. here we go with the anxiety( not coming back too scared) But on my way out to schedule my next appointment a wonderful receptionist with a great sense of humor helped me say yes I can do this and I will be back to take care of me and they will help me do this even if my name is “Karen” haha! She said don’t let me down and I didn’t want too. So, I return for the filling and I had the best of the best in my book! Doctor Nelson who made me so comfortable and helped me with a sedative because my blood pressure was very high because of me anxiety the first time I tried to get the filling. So, with her help and her assistants McKayla and Christie went to work and I felt so safe and comfortable. The numbing went so smooth and the filling was a piece of cake with them cheering me on! My blood pressure has come down because they helped me get past my dental anxiety, can’t express my gratitude. You are all top notch and I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤!! Karen Day

Was greeted at the front desk with a smile. Was taken in by the hygienist in a reasonable time. Hygienist was pleasant. She cleaning went quickly and pain free. My dentist was also pleasant and informative.

I’m a seasonal resident and this was my second visit. Paige did a great job cleaning my teeth. I haven’t seen them this white ever!
