Rent-A-Center

I had a great experience at the rent a center store where I went to rent my fridge. I put my trust in the sales clerk to pick me out a side by side fridge, I told him what I was looking for in a fridge and The Nice Young Man looked online for one and when it arrived I was VERY Very HAPPY with what he picked out. He picked out exactly what I was looking for.
The 2 young men who delivered the fridge did awesome bringing the fridge into my kitchen....then one of them went and sat in the vehicle and left the other guy to hook it up ( which does not take 2 people to hook up a fridge, but it shows the client that they care about the fridge and customer )
What Matters most is the Family is very happy with the Fridge 😊

I started my account in Indiana years ago and have bought many things from Rent-A-Center over the years. I had always frequented a store in southern Indiana. I did, however, have to move outta state a year or so ago due to serious medical issues. My account was easily transferred to the store at my new location from the one in Indiana upon my move. At both locations the associates have been extremely caring, helpful, understanding and polite. In fact, they have often went above and beyond to help me when I have needed it. I can’t say enough good things about the associates at the 2 particular stores I rented from.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling and I wasn't sure what to do. Kyla helped me find a fast solution. She is an asset to Rent A center!

We’ve had nothing but good dealings with this Rent-a-Center. We have used several different places around Michigan for our business, but this is one of the easiest to work with. Kyla is always helpful and friendly- really enjoy working with her!

The young lady was very nice on the phone with me and the young men was very nice also when they delivered my washer
