Mary was absolutely lovely! I feel she was knowledgeable and calm and helped assist me well in the process. Great at her job and I appreciated her.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The doctor explained what was going on with my ear. I ended up purchasing a hearing aid the audiologist was also helpful in setting it up and explaining how to use it. I'm very satisfied with the service from Mid Michigan ear, nose and throat.

Wonderful staff. They really "hear" the patient. Got me in sooner on cancelations. The audiologists are very patient and empathic, especially for us Seniors. Ben was so knowledgeable and figured out my difficulties and fixed the problem I was experiencing. Alison and Victoria are sensitive and assuring positive results. Best medical care in a long time.

Victoria helped me in so many ways, checking and finding hearing aid cones in my ears, adjusting the settings, restoring the controls connection to my cellphone, and explaining everything along the way. And she reminded me that I can get help if needed almost any time.

Victoria is an excellent consultant. She listened and answered all my questions. I needed several adjustments to my hearing aids and she was very patient and pleasant and adjusted everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend Victoria to anyone especially the elderly like myself.🙂I look forward to seeing her at my next visit

Very pleased with the care I have received from this facility over the past 3 years. I can’t imagine that one can find a better audiologist than Rebecca! She listens closely to any concerns I might have regarding my hearing aids, makes suggestions, improves the programming and does this cheerfully and with kindness. The offices are spotless. Each staff member is pleasant. The 5 year coverage for care of my aids is greatly appreciated. This is above the Oticon 3 year warranty. Note that I have received two warranty repairs at no cost including replacing both hearing aides with new units even though only one was malfunctioning. Needless to say, I am also sold on my Oticon hearing aides! During the repairs, Mid-Michigan E.N.T. Gave me loaner aides including the top of the line units. Nice but I’ll likely stay with the midrange units when they need replacement. In conclusion, I travel over an hour since we moved to continue to receive the best of care available.

My second trip back to Mid-Michigan Ear, Nose & Throat facility was just as awesome as my first visit. This visit was a consultation and it’s purpose was to educate me on hearing aids and options on my “hearing again” journey 😊
Victoria F. and her trainee (so sorry I forgot her name…maybe Taylor) were so kind and courteous. Very patient with my questions and gave me thorough answers. They also, gave me a breakdown of the next steps to take and what to expect with cost. I left with so much hope! I was never expecting to have so much hearing loss but I am grateful to have all these experts to guide me through this next journey in my life. ❤

Rebecca is very professional and yet quite friendly. I have so much confidence in her ability to help me. She cleaned my hearing aids and adjusted a few other parts if the aids. I could hear much better.

She performed a hearing evaluation, explained the results clearly, and explained what she could do to increase the power in both of my hearing aids.
