Gentle Dental - Biddeford

This has been the best dental experience I’ve had. Our hygienist, Amanda, is absolutely incredibly with both my own adult anxiety and in working with my 5 year old daughter. My daughter absolutely loves Amanda and is excited about coming back to see her. She was able to go back by herself and get her own cleaning and felt so proud. Our dentist, Dr. Cho(spelling?) was also gentle and fabulous. This is the best dentist in southern Maine for both adults and children. Ask for Amanda!

Clean, organized, professional.
Additionally: Queer friendly and mental-health aware. I use gender neutral pronouns and a name different from my legal one and they have been great at remembering.
Most importantly, I went in for a filling and began panicking when the numbing was applied. They were so understanding of my need to take a moment to drink water and go to the restroom. When I got back they made sure to explain everything they were doing before they did it, checked in very frequently, and did their best to create a relaxing atmosphere. They turned a really bad experience into a pleasant one.
I won't say I'll happily return because who's happy about going to the dentist? But when I do have to, I'll happily choose Gentle Dental Biddeford.

So far so great! Extensive dental work being performed. Amanda, Katrina and the entire staff are professional and very pleasant. Dr. Choi is just superb. She provides various remedies and courses of action with the utmost in professional demeanor. Facility is spotless, well lit and orderly.

Thank you Gentle Dental for my emergency visit while I visit Maine. My molar onlay came out and next morning I got an appointment and it was fixed. Great staff, and thanks to Dr. Choi, the problem was solved, taking very little time away from my vacation here. Extremely clean offices, very pleasant staff, exceptional care.

I was in for a visit with Angela today and I have to say she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I love that she has plants in her office and it feels like home. I really love getting my teeth cleaned with her!

Super clean office. Great friendly staff; very kind and accommodating. They have tvs to watch which makes the experience better for those who struggle with getting dental work done in the first place.

Great experience every time I come! I get very anxious prior to appointments, but once I’m here all the staff eases that and takes exceptional care.

Gentle Dental is amazing. I contacted 5 dental care offices with my emergency tooth pain issue. Gentle Dental was the only one to get back to me within 12 hours and get me in and diagnose my situation. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable and treated me quickly, kindly, and efficiently. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. They are willing to work with you. I had a period of time where I did not have dental insurance and they were able to give recommendations on what I could do during that time to keep the cost low while still maintaining regular care.

Angela is the best!! She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is very kind and understanding about any concerns you have. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone.

They are just amazing from the moment you walk in to the moment you check out. Angela my hygienist is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. She tells you what she is doing and why. Dr. Henry is excellent in explaining what he is doing. He is friendly and make you feel comfortable. We love Gentle Dental! My husband, son and I have had only great experiences! Dr. Henry is so kind and very gentle! My hygienist Angela is always so friendly and thorough! My sons hygienist, Allison is fantastic with children and is always able to get him excited about oral hygiene!

I have never liked going to the dentist. Always felt this heavy obligation. The obligation no longer feels heavy. Gentle Dental lives up to their name since the first day! :D

I have always had a wonderful experience with Gentle Dental. I am an extremely nervous and anxious person and everyone there has always made me feel comfortable. They are great about letting me know what is going on with my teeth and are always kind and SO patient with me.

This is my third visit to Gentle Dental in Biddeford and I always feel very comfortable and safe here. The technicians and doctor will talk you through every procedure very carefully and give you all the information you need. Very professional but also with a kind and personal touch! The atmosphere is friendly and bright. Very clean rooms and everything is up to the most modern standard. I have just moved to the area and am very happy I found the best place to take care for my teeth.
